Highly recommend PlumbGas. Boiler stopped working over Easter weekend. Richard arrived within an hour of my call and left me with a working boiler. Can’t ask for more. Excellent service and communicator.

Excellent service and repair of leaking sink pipes on a weekend.
Richard has superb customer service skills as well as a detailed understanding of all kinds of plumbing challenges. He was able to fix the immediate problem and identify a hidden secondary issue we were not aware of that was causing damage to the house.

Rich came after my brother contacted him about my heating difficulties,having been to assess the boiler and found that it needed replacing he did so very quickly and restored our heating and hot water very quickly

Richard contacted me after seeing my request on Bark. He was polite, honest and did not sugar coat anything from the start.
After having a very difficult 3 weeks with previous plumbing companies letting me down and no heat and water for myself and my little boy Richard recommended from my problem a new boiler fit.
He advised that at the earliest he would arrive late afternoon.
It was actually 6.30pm when he arrived, what dedication! His work ethic and hardwork is commendable. He worked incredibly hard and got me up and running with heat/hot water and all the relevant advice and paperwork and only left when he was happy I was happy!
He was polite and professional throughout the communication during the day and the installation at night.

My elderly mum was without a working boiler.
Company made a round trip from Lincoln to Doncaster and fitted a new one inside 8hrs. Pretty good!!

Around 7pm we discovered that our ageing gas boiler had finally stopped working. We phoned the company and they said they could attend within the hour. Richard quickly identified the problem but advised due to the age of the boiler (25 years) that for piece of mind he would recommend fitting a new boiler. The next morning Richard phoned with quotes and by mid afternoon we had a nice new fully working boiler.
