Richard's quick response to my call on Bank Holiday Friday Tea time regarding a water leak from my Water Cylinder. He arrived within the hour as stated and advised a new Cylinder was required after discovering where the problem was located. He advised that the cylinder be drained and a new Cylinder fitted. Next morning he called saying that he had sourced a new cylinder and should he purchase it and bring and install it. I replied yes please and he duly arrived about an hour later with his apprentice Josh who was very helpful and with a pleasant sense of humor. The Cylinder was installed and a 3 port zone valve replaced and Cylinder thermostat which was found to be faulty. The work ethic and professionalism was abundant and they were a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Richard without hesitation.

Rich was a 10/10 in my books. Came out to me within half an hour of me calling and leak fixed within an hour. Great guy and will definitely be using him again!

Called early afternoon about broken ballcock in loft tank, he knew exactly what the issue was, turned up when he said he would and job completed in 20 minutes or so. Great couple of lads even if my dog wasn’t so keen!! Anyway totally would recommend. Thanks guys

We had what started out as just a leaking hot water tap and a boiler constantly firing up. After calling someone out to repair the tap we were told the boiler would keep firing up for a few days but it didn't stop. Called a different person out who told us we had a leak and it would be an expensive insurance job. Our 3rd attempt at getting someone out was PlumbGas365 and I'm sorry we didn't use them in the first place. They checked our boiler over found a small electrical issue which they fixed, and they verified that we did in fact have a leak, but it wouldn't need to be an insurance claim. They managed to successfully remove my kitchen unit and sink without any damage and dig down into the concrete. The piece of damaged pipe was replaced and everything checked over. Two days later, once the new concrete had dried, Richard and Josh came place to put my sink & unit back in place. I was at work while the big part of the job was being done, but Richard knew I was feeling anxious about the potential severity of the leak, so he kept me updated with messages and videos throughout the day. When it comes to tradesmen you get what you pay for, and I'll definitely use PlumbGas365 again.

After a recommendation on Facebook I reached out to the company to cap off and take out a gas fire. They were able to book me in same day.
Richard and Josh were quick, efficient and did a very good job, highly recommend!

Richard came out to replace a broken tap after I had looked for a recommendation on a local FB group. Did a great job, was quick in communication and tidy whilst here. Would recommend!

Have used Richard on several occasions. He has always responded very quickly and then arranged a visit a couple of days later. The two plumbing jobs in our kitchen were sorted and as usual he kept us informed as to what was wrong and how he would fix it. Thank you

Richard was quick to answer his phone and identified issues I was worried about. Managed to find a very risky leak with my boiler which was just from his observation and not the reason I called him. Thankfully found the right person for the job. Being seen on the day of the emergency was a blessing!

Richard is super reliable and very thorough, really takes the time to explain everything and made sure we as clients were happy before he left. We endured several difficulties but Richard always found a solution and made sure we had a working boiler as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend!

Rich, helped us out in an emergency. Our house was flooding and he talked me through stopping the water and was at our house within the hour. The man needs a Cape!! Really nice guy. Highly recommend.

Excellent time management, communication skills & customer service.
Richard is a man of his word & someone you can trust professionally & personally. He lay down, in words simple & easy, the future work. Richard carried out a huge renovating job in my house - changing the boiler, the hot/ cold water & gas circles, ordering new radiators and fixing all the leaks. He managed to finish the job that took 7 days ( from my previous experience ) for only 4. Some of his working days starched in the 10-hour shift!

Needed boiler moved from upstairs to downstairs. Very pleased with the work. Was given a good price. Work was completed in specified time. Work area was left tidy after work was completed.

I called Richard with a leaking shower valve that I'd tried to repair myself. Needless to say I'd made things more difficult.
