Friendly and thorough boiler service from Colin
Had a boiler service from Colin, a year after the new one was installed by JB Heating. He was very friendly and professional, he was thorough with the checks and carefully explained how each part worked when I asked, as well as giving some tips on adjustments to save on energy where possible. Handy to get an email reminder that the service was due, I could have shopped around but I've had good service from JB so far so didn't see the need.

Charlie came to fix the toilet
Charlie came to fix the toilet. Needed a new part - he arranged to have the new part ordered, picked up within the hour and fitted successfully. Explained everything and pricing so I knew what to expect before committing to the job.
