Charlie came to fix the toilet. Needed a new part - he arranged to have the new part ordered, picked up within the hour and fitted successfully. Explained everything and pricing so I knew what to expect before committing to the job.

Colin came out from JB for a boiler…
Colin came out from JB for a boiler service and to put in my new Hive heating system. He was professional, friendly and informative, even though the job turned out to be more complicated than it should have been, due to the previous owners wiring. Colin did such a fantastic job fixing it all up for me and making things safe, even providing me with a recommendation about checking the other wiring in the house. The invoice was very reasonable as well, so 10/10, I shall definitely be using this company again
