We had a minor gas leak from the boiler which was detected by the gas board at 12.30am on sunday night/monday morning.

Booked plumbgas365 via a third party company, and Rich and Josh turned up on monday morning. Confirmed their was a gas leak and the most effective route would be a new boiler. After taking the time to explain the boilers he reccomends and leaving us to make a decision, we opted to book him to carry out the replacement.

Later that afternoon he returned with the new boiler and proceeded with the installation. There was a small hiccup with a missing flue that meant the work couldnt be completed that evening but Rich explained the problem and promised he would be back the next morning to complete the work.

The next morning he returned, completed the work and took the time to explain the boilers operation and registered the boiler so we get a 10 year warranty, along with a promise of a free service in a years time.

If there were 10 stars i would give it. Rich and Josh were polite and professional and after using them I would trust them for any future plumbing requirements we may have in the future

Rich and his apprentice Josh worked really hard to replace our old boiler. It was a tricky job as it was fairly inaccessible with dated electrics to the old boiler. Rich overcame all the unexpected issues that cropped up with the job and installed a lovely modern boiler system for us. They were both really friendly and kept us informed of what they were doing. They were very tidy,hardworking, respectful workers. Would definitely recommend Plumbgas365 👌.

Very pleased with the work carried out by Josh, my tap had a leak and he came and replaced the old tap in no time. He was very professional and worked really quick and cleaned up afterwards which was brilliant thank you so much.

Richard from Plumbgas 365 has been and fitted new boiler and radiators. Everything was explained clearly and the work was completed as said.
Richard has a relaxed and comfortable personality which made my decision easy to have him and his apprentice Josh do the work.
The work was done cleanly with little disturbance to myself.
I am now very happy to say I would highly recommend Richard and Josh to anyone who would want a heating/plumbing engineer.

Richard attended an emergency callout for me at short notice. He arrived at the time he said he would, and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem, and was able to fix it the next day after the parts arrived. Highly recommended!

Richard and Josh have just carried out a service of my boiler and balanced all my radiators to get the house winter ready, 2 of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Polite, courteous, respectful and efficient.

Richard was lovely chap very professional and polite you can tell he worked very hard to get a problem sorted as quickly as possible very late in the evening five stars isn’t enough I am a disabled person and to be treated fairly and with respect is rare and just lovely chap to meet. Thank you for your hard work I cannot recommend you highly enough.

Rich and Josh came to check a suspected faulty boiler, after confirming this was faulty and explaining / showing why and how they can tell it’s faulty they booked me in 2 days later for a new boiler (the existing was still safe to use so didn’t leave us without heating). Installation was faultless and went above and beyond to assist with fitting a smart thermostat as well.

We had an urgent situation with a leak the day we went on holiday, I dropped them a WhatsApp and they got back to me within 5 minutes and said they would be able to come in the next 1-2 hours. Rich and Josh came and were really friendly from the get-go. You could immediately tell they weren’t going to take the mick and were very honest and reasonable with providing different options and pros/cons. Lovely professional guys, would 100% use again and recommend to everyone.

After our house refurbishment we notice that the heating system was not working. Plumbing365 came out on short notice fixed the issue and even gave us some tips on how to use our new heating system efficiently.

Richard and Josh came to fix a faulty boiler and ended up replacing with a new one same day. During the visit I was fully informed of what they were doing and I am very pleased with the work carried out. I would definitely use them again.

Rich and Josh undertook a boiler service for me today. They arrived when they said they would and completed the task without any fuss. Rich took the time to update me on my boiler's performance which was useful to know. In addition to being professional and efficient, Rich and Josh are also very personable young chaps with a cheerful and positive vibe. I will definitely be using them again.

Great service from Richard and Josh. I was wanting to have a boiler moved from the bathroom to the cellar and was able to have a video call that day to walk me through the requirements for which pipes are around the new boiler placement are needed and give answers to any questions that I had. The day before the boiler moved, Richard came to the house (3 hour round trip) to have an in-person walkaround, and we were able to find an even better place for the boiler, and this only one day before the set day to have himself and his apprentice Josh come to actually move the boiler, he still kept to the date he said that the work would be done and never under delivered on what was said from the beginning.
After the installation was done, he made sure that the work was completed and that all holes into the house were sealed and closed. Thank you, Richard and Josh.

Great service from Richard and Josh. Needed our boiler moving and stopcock installed and they carried everything out professionally and neatly. Tidied up after themselves and kept us in the loop the whole time with what they were doing and made sure we understood everything. Radiators wouldn't balance but they even offered to come back to sort it free of charge which we really appreciate. They even popped out to get some flowers for us after learning we had suffered a recent bereavement, really lovely thought and very kind of them. Happy to continue using these guys

Great experience with Richard! He was very nice and professional, but also very prompt and available when I needed help. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, and didn’t leave until he made sure I was satisfied with the work. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs!

The engineers at Rich & Josh replaced our boiler incredibly well and professionally. All work was completed within a few hours, the boiler was quickly calibrated and the intricacies of its settings and operating principle were explained to us.
