Did a dodgy heating installation, which i need to get rectified by other engineer. then blackmailed me for more and more money, although I paid More than half in advance! For full understanding of the situation, please read below:
On the 16/12/24, PlumbGas365 provided a detailed invoice for the installation of a combi boiler & 8 radiators, this was part of a conversion from a conventional (cylinder, tanks etc,) system to an updated combi system, with all radiator and boiler locations discussed with the assigned project manager.
Throughout the installation we had visits from the
project manager & also the client Eva to assess our progress.
As always, we took every opportunity to inform both the project manager and the client Eva of any developments/changes.
Most notably, leaks to the existing pipework on both heating and gas pipes, this hadn’t been included in our invoiced works previously by way of diagnosis or repair/solution.
During the installation when the leaks were found we notified both project manager and Eva & we were given authorisation to remove the leaking pipes at which point we also informed Eva of the costs associated.
On the 20/12/24 we had concluded the installation & demonstrated this to the project manager.
The project manager confirmed her delight with the job and advised us whilst on site she would ensure Eva paid the balance.
Sadly to date the balance or any suitable communication advising or with an intention to conclude/address any defects or pay any of the balance to date has not been received.
(1) We welcome any report from an independent Gas Safe Registered Buisness/Individual.
(2) We would love to know which elements of your system has been installed in a dodgy way. (As a Gas Safe Business, your safety is our priority), anything not installed correctly, we have a duty to rectify this.
To date, we have not declined or refused to address any of your legitimate concerns.
Additional works are chargeable & this relates to leaks found within the system and the solution being a new gas supply or sections of pipework replaced. (This is not Blackmail).
We cannot have a safe/operational system with water and gas leaks.
The price changed once from the (initial) accepted quote of (£4900.00) to the updated balance of (£6100.00). The deposit paid was (£3500.00).
After many broken promises to make payment, promises which started the day the job was completed & extended throughout Christmas & till now, nothing other than a deposit has been paid.
Under no circumstances would we want our customers to feel harassed.
We are professional & conduct ourselves as such.
Communication is everything , we deserve to be treated better than this & your zero star review, is by no way a true reflection of your job or what we stand for as a business .
Paying over half of the total is proof we are owed funds & at no time have you stated, you’ve asked us to come back to which we have refused.
We simply do not work in this way you are suggesting and we will be taking legal action against you.
We are aware you’d rather :
(1) Block our telephone calls
(2) Not communicate with us in any way other than to defame our business via Trustpilot
(3) Not pay the balance owed.
As such we will take move this forward through legal channels.

Boiler Replacement
Amazing experience with this company. Richard and josh went above and beyond they are very friendly,puntual, polite and clean up after the job, everything was explained the whole process from start to finish, after install i was shown how to use the boiler and its settings, and always asked if I had any questions. They ensured that the water was running properly before they left they even fixed a drawer that had been broken in my kitchen for ages, so kind and helpful. I can't recommend enough after months of not having hot running water me and my kids are so happy to be able to bathe with ease and not worry about the hot water running out thank you so so so much, you have no idea how you have honestly made a difference its such a relief to be able to actual function as a household should.

Copper pipe repair
Richard came to sort out a damaged pipe. He sorted it very quickly despite it being late, was very professional and polite the whole time.

Under Floor Water Leak
Contacted Richard regarding a water leak under our kitchen floor, he immediately called me back and arranged to come out the following day. He and Josh were both very polite and courteous and were able to locate and fix the leak in a day. I was kept informed of the progress they were making and they respected my property and cleaned up afterwards.
Will certainly use them again if the need arises. Highly recommend!

Arranged for a service of Valliant Boiler. Arrived in specified time slot and carried out service. In addition provided good advice on possible issues for the future, but without pressurising to having things done that might not be essential. Will definatley use again.

Very satisfied with the work carried out

Saturday night call out
