Plungechill Reviews

I could not be more pleased with the speed of delivery and the ease of setup of my chiller unit. The operation and setting the desired temperature could not be more simple. My only criticism is that the temperature that the unit is set to and displays does not match the physical water temperature gauge I have in my tub. My thermometer shows a temperature about 9 degrees colder than the unit displays. This difference has been consistent so setting the desired temperature with that in mind if simple. I just wish the display was more accurate.

I wasn't expecting such a versitile and useful coldplunge tub. I love that I can take it anywhere and I can't say enough about their customer service while I had a few basic questions they were available immediately. For me, thats big.
Very satisfied!!!! Great products!! 😎👍🙏

The Unit showed up promptly and was packaged well. I have had no trouble with unit, at over 100 plunges.

I love when a company is so disconnected that they send out review requests and the customer hasn’t even received the product. I am guessing the product was not shipped correctly and therefore has been sitting at the warehouse for almost a week. Maybe next time don’t ask for review until you can verify the customer has received the product.

Easy to assemble just the right size. I have been wanting a cold plunge for years. This is very affordable. Put it on my deck outside. I do put plywood on top to keep rain from collapsing the cover. At first I started too cold at 37 degrees then moved it up to 50 degrees which is doable for a beginner like me.

A+ Top notch customer service! I have emailed Plunge Chill multiple times with various questions and I have received a prompt reply and they have either set my mind at ease or gave me exceptionally helpful information. 6/5 stars for customer service. Regarding the product, absolutely wonderful and amazing. I use my Pro tub and 1/2HP chiller unit multiple times per week and some times a couple times in a day. I am pleased!
Great quality, great customer service, I would recommend to a friend.

I was very impressed with their customer support and the chiller is top notch. I highly recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Love this company! And love their cold plunges!!

Fantatsic cold plunge. Super mobile, easy to set up, and easy to leave up. we are using it constantly!

I’ve experienced many cold plunges and inflatable cold plunges before but nothing quite like this one, WOW.

The set up was easy and fast, intuitive and straight forward. I was a little nervous about the pump, I thought I was going to be pumping for hours but it was complete in minutes and a great way to warm up before your cold plunge.

The tub is HIGH quality (it doesn’t feel inflatable when you blow it up) the structure is firm and solid. It’s also surprisingly light weight. The steps are functional, necessary and appreciated, the cover is light weight and everything has buckles for easy connection and assembly.

It’s spacious and LARGE but not excessive. My boyfriend who is 6’4 fits easily and we can even plunge together, I’m 5’1. New date night unlocked.

& I LOVE how easy it is to break down and transport. We have plans to bring it to the beach, and over to friends houses for gatherings!

The Team at Plunge Chill is responsive and communicative, they made shipping and handling stress free and efficient. Any questions I had were quickly answered and they've been very supportive thought out this entire process. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend this cold plunge!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Veteran‑friendly company. Fully approved.

Ignore the one‑star noise — none of it reflects reality.
Customer support is outstanding, and the product delivers exactly as promised.

As a former Marine Captain who’s trained in austere environments and pushed my body through bodybuilding, powerlifting, snowboarding, surfing, and every extreme sport imaginable, I’m impressed.

This ice bath is durable, reliable, and absolutely Marine‑approved.

The petty complaints come from people who clearly never used it.
PlungeChill is the real deal. Highly recommended.

I had a really great customer experience. Unfortunately, the pump on the chiller was giving me issues, so customer service was very quick and responsive to help me walk through fixing the problem. While I did need to by a booster pump to handle the water for the tub my size, the chiller is working well.

Excellent customer service

Honestly I like the product it’s well made but just this is my opinion.
My plunge came very like dirty and sandy and just had like a sandpaper residue idk so when I fill my tub up it’s already kinda dirty inside.
The filter spot on the cooler it could be a little more wide because I have fat hands😂 and I can’t seem to remove the filter.
But honestly good product

Really great!!! Buy now 🔥🔥🔥

I purchased a tub and chiller for my adrenal fatigue and I’ve noticed a huge improvement! The chiller works so well no ice needed!! It’s compact enough that my kids don’t notice and it’s quiet so I get my morning dip meditation session in with ease. Absolutely love.

I love my Plunge Chill. I won it in one of there giveaways. Its so easy to set up. I use it every morning! what a great start to my day. Put the ice in chill & relax. I recommend buying one. You will love it like I do! Thank you plungechill.

I loved this plunge. Is the best option for my recovery 😍💪🏽😍

As someone who’s always training at the gym, recovery is really important to me. I started using the Plunge Chill cold tub after my workouts and it’s been a great addition to my routine. It’s intense at first, but you feel refreshed and ready to train again.
