I wish I'd read all these reviews before ordering. It seemed too good to be true in relation to stock. I immediately asked them to cancel order they said they can't. Checking the tracking looks like it's gone back to start. No idea if and when will arrive but aim to send back if possible. No answers to any further correspondence. Paid via bank so will be on the case.

Purchased a Bartholomew Strawberry bear and item arrived without a tag. I tried to contact them and no response from them. Do not recommend buying from this company

I bought an anxiety toy product for my daughter and received on going monthly payments for a subscription that I did not authorise. I purchased an anxiety product that has now caused me so much anxiety and cost me A$100. I strongly recommend you do not purchase anything from this company.

These are fake products. Toy took a month to arrive delivered from china - although the company address is france. I have contacted them several times but they never get back to you - they use their right to reply on this site but then do nothing. I have a police report and reclaiming my money through visa. You should all do the same.

JellyCat plushies that I’ve recently ordered are 100% fake- I received the same plushies as I orders at Plushiefy, from oryginal JellyCat website. Real ones are so much softer and a bit smaller. However I have to admitt, that quality of fake plushies is prety good.

Betrugsladen. Finger weg. 80,- Euro per Kreditkarte gezahlt und keine Rückmeldungen auf mehrere meiner Emails.
Order#3641 und 3642. Muss das Geld jetzt über meine Bank als Betrugsfall einziehen lassen. So etwas Niederträchtiges habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Auf Kosten der Wünsche von Kindern sich zu bereichern.
Update 09.08.2025: ich habe die Artikel mittlerweile erhalten. Das sind alles Fälschungen. Hier werden sogar Etiketten und der Beutel gefälscht.
Da ich die Originale von Jellycat besitze, kann ich perfekt vergleichen. Farbgebung, Material und Schnitt sind teilweise anders.
Und an kleinen Details des Designs erkannt man ebenfalls den Unterschied. Muss man aber genau hinschauen und natürlich wissen, wie das Original auszusehen hat.
Das sind fast perfekte Fälschungen.
Ein kleiner Tipp zur schnellen Identifikation:
An jedem Tier sind immer festvernähte Etiketten. Jellycat-Logo, CE-Kennzeichnung, Waschanleitung, etc.
Unter diesen Etiketten ist noch ein letztes kleineres Etikett.
Jellycat-Originale fangen immer mit "Jelly plus Zahl" an (Jellyxxxxxx). Zumindest die Originale, die ich besitze.
Bei den Fälschungen steht dort kein JELLY.
Sondern vermutlich der Name der Herkunft. Bei mir Shangxxxxx.

I emailed the seller within 24 hours of placing my order to cancel it, as allowed by their policy. They never responded.

This website is completely untrustworthy — they ignore customers and sell fake items. Avoid at all costs.

This site sells fake knock-off Jellycat items. They never respond to inquiries. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This site is ran by the same scammers based in France who run other scam sites like Plushtery and Boogzel Clothing that ship knock-off, low quality drop shipped items from Asia.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE FAKE, CHEAPLY MADE FROM CHINA. The products are NOTHING like the genuine Jellycat products!! I purchased an Egg bag charm, and the shape of the face is hexagonal, stitching is badly done, it was nothing like the genuine JellyCat products. I posted the picture of the product I got from Plushiefy with the original Jellycat product beside it. Left is the original and right is the counterfeit product. This is a website that sells counterfeit products with same the price, don't be fooled!!

Wow, you guys are funny. No order under this email? Then whom am I emailing back and forth to get a full refund on my purchase? or I guess it must be a default answer for any negative reviews. Thats pretty sad.

After looking through their listings of "jellycats", I found it suspicious that despite some of them being rare, all their plushies appeared to be "in stock". Upon looking at their adress, which is listed as "42 Pont René Coty,Nice,Alpes-Maritimes 06300, France", nothing shows up, it quite literally doesn’t exist. Google street view will show you the closest address, which is 25, but 42 DOES NOT EXIST. It is a fake address for a scam business. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Upon messaging jellycat representatives, they are also NOT LICENSED JELLYCAT VENDORS. Absolute fraud, shame on those people for their fraudulent practices, many people have reported not getting refunds and inconsistencies with the address to which they are asked to send the plushies back to. BE WARNED.

Ordered a Jellycat Amusable Mozzarella from the Store, claiming to be one of their official toys and the company being based in Francy

It’s clearly a bootleg send to me from China which has also been confirmed through the official jellycat customer support where I had send some photos of it.

When I asked for a refund, they wanted me to send the plushie to the states. Complete joke.

The answer below isn’t making much sense right? I ordered from your shop supposedly in France (as your „shop information“ says on your website), get a shipping from china and I am supposed to cover the cost for a bootleg version to be send to the states? lol.

DON‘T ever buy there. They are not an official jellycat re-seller, confirmed to be after I enquired about their business through the official jellycat support desk. The plushie I got send is a bootleg (also confirmed). Nothing more to say, really.

Misleading products, the products don’t match the discription

Do not trust this website — it’s a fake store selling counterfeit products.
I placed an order and received a fake item shipped from China after more than 2 weeks. I contacted customer service multiple times asking for a return and refund, but they never replied.
Stay away! This scam site doesn’t even deserve one star.

Vertraut dieser Webseite nicht – es ist ein Fake-Shop mit gefälschten Produkten.
Ich habe bestellt und bekam eine Fälschung, die erst nach über zwei Wochen aus China ankam. Ich habe den Kundenservice mehrmals wegen Rückgabe und Rückerstattung kontaktiert – keine Antwort.

I've been looking for a Jellycat Dorit Duckling for a gift but they have been retired. I came across one on Plushiefy and ordered it immediately. I did my research after and realized this is an online only store so they can't sell real Jellycats. I emailed their customer service and requested a refund if it was not a real Jellycat. Within two days I received notification that the order had been canceled and a refund issued. I have since received the full refund. While I can't speak to the quality of the items I can say there were no shipping charges to Canada- another review mentioned high, nonrefundable shipping- and my request for a refund was actioned very quickly.

i wanted to buy something, but changed my mind. Afterwards, I mailed them directly with my problem and they've solved it almost immediately. I've asked for a refund and kindly refunded me. I don't know if their Jellycats are real or not, but I can say that the costumer service is pretty good.

Beware! FAKE Jellycat products with really bad quality and packaging, and you'll never get refund for it.

I ordered a Jellycat strawberry bear from this company and when it arrived it was clearly fake. The serial numbers were wrong and the quality was bad. When I emailed them proof I was told that in order to get a refund I need to pay to ship it to their address in Italy. Even basic shipping from the U.S. will be more than half the cost of the toy, I cannot believe that they do not stand by their products and pay return shipping when what they sell to you is fake. I will be reporting this to Jellycat in London (which Jellycat encourages) and anyone else dealing with this should too. Disgraceful.

Edit: The company is saying that the pictures I provided match the website, which is just false. I provided photos of serial numbers on the tag attached to the bear itself and those serial numbers match totally separate Jellycat stuffed animals (the eggplant bear and black bunny), the fur is threadbare, and there are loose strings. It’s beyond clearly a fake and Plushiefy’s response is nonsense, and further proof of awful customer service.
