Old or fake results, not worth the money

Sarah Cash was super helpful. She was prepared and answered all of my questions. I followed her recommendation for a particular CC and enrolled in the premium membership with point.me. Great service!

James Lee was GREAT. Clear, efficient, fast, and very patient.

At first I was skeptical on whether Point.me concierge was worth it since I book reward travel for myself quite often. However, their level of expertise and masterful point usage was beyond what I could ever do! After a short phone call and some texting, our trip was booked! If I were to do all that myself it would have taken hours of research and weeks of study!

point.me was recommended to us by a friend. I was skeptical, but after speaking with Cash, I decided to go through a concierge to book a flight. James made the whole process easy and we are very excited with our choices for my first big trip. I would definitely contact point.me again for assistance.

Initially spoke to Sarah Cash who referred me to Alex Carpio who has planned a trip for us before and both were helpful, available and got us exactly what we asked for.

Dhruv made it totally painless and worked over the holiday to make sure that we got what we wanted. Addtionally, he was very knowledgable about the process that kept me informed as we got the most value for my points. We are commited lifetime customers!

Worth every penny if you travel often. I spend a ridiculous amount of time looking for aspirational trips and this tool helps take them from a thought to reality. Plenty of growing pains/glitch point variations but still a helpful tool. I’d pay twice if I could get a calendar view similar to what United has.

If you have credit card that give you points for travel, this site is a must. It has saved me hundreds of thousands of points shopping all transfer/airline partners.

Great service and great help. Both Laura May and James Lee deserve a raise! We have traveled all of the world and have a handful of credit award cards but never could navigate how to best use all. You guys secured our travel plans to and from Europe and with the savings scores us a trip add on to Paris .

I used them for a Concierge booking. I watch TikToks all the time regarding points earning and strategizing but was concerned I would make a mistake in booking a once in a lifetime trip to Asia. James was my rep and he was amazing. I had so many questions and requests I was surprised he didn't get sick of me. LOL. I even saw something on TikTok that made me wonder if his option to purchase through one of my credit card programs was wise but he explained something that made me know I made the right choice. They have insight on when things release that I just didnt have and apparently neither did my TikToker that I follow. It worked out just as he had told me and I saved points because of his way of booking. I'll stick to racking up the points and letting them book things for me. Totally worth it. I going to Asia business class for a fraction of what I would have paid in points and cash. So happy I did this. I even booked another flight a day later with another concierge deal for my daughter.

This was the first time I used the full service booking and it was convenient and successful. They were able to find me a business class international flight for 60k points.

Point.me saved me tens of thousands of my hard-earned points on a family vacation to Europe next year. So much so that we're able to bring our parents and fly business class.

Could not recommend more!

flights that would cost 31K miles are listed between 100K and 275K miles. Absolutely no consumer friendly and aimed at you wasting your hard earned miles.

Our concierge really did a great job getting us great flights for minimal points and cash. This is the third time we’ve used them and they have been great every time.
