What can I say, first time ordering. Only used them as they were the cheapest overall. Normally service is reflected in the price, but these guys offer second to non customer service. Product arrived the next day, very well packaged. I thought I was missing a piece but they reassured me everything was sent. I did find the part, as I said above, well packaged.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered 6 Pegasus drain channels. 1 was damaged in transit I emailed Polychannel and they apologised snd got a new one sent out, I got it today next day. Thanks to Paula. Brilliant service.

Very fast and efficient processing and delivery of our order for various drainage items. Have used Polychannel on numerous occasions.

I needed a bespoke manhole cover with an integrated double sealed plate. Gail sorted this out for us rapidly and kept me well informed throughout. Highly recommend.

Ordered a drain cover from Polychannel and although initially out of stock I was kept up to date by Gail who ensured I understood the expected delivery date, which was honoured, and the cover ended up arriving early. Customer service was great, above expectations and made the process transparent and as promised.

The service and delivery were great. I needed 7 Polychannel gratings to replace the existing grates that have been in use for 25years. Although the existing channels are old they are still in fair condition. The new gratings fitted perfectly. I know definitely I will give Polychannel a call in another 25 years.
