Amazing customer service. Drain channel delivered within 24hours. Gail from customer services went above and beyond to help me fix an error I made where many companies would have said tough luck. Would not hesitate to 100% recommend polychannel. Deck-a-drain Drainage channel exactly as described and delivered well packaged.

Gail was fantastic and really came through, I needed the items delivered asap and after speaking to Gail, and ordering it online, it arrived the next day. as promised. Its very rare in this day and age to have such good customer service. The product was fantastic also.

I had a tight deadline to buy some drainage items, and upon speaking with Gail on the phone, she confirmed all efforts would be made so I could have my items in the next day. Gail was such a nice lady. I could not be more happy that I got all the items I needed in 24hours, perfect condition and exactly what I was expecting and Gail even rang me in the morning to updating me about the tracking status. The product arrived complete and looks very strong.

I ordered some drainage channels from this company which were delivered very promptly. However, the product turned out not to be suitable for my project. Polychannel customer service were very responsive by email in dealing with my returns request and arranged for collection of the product (for fair shipping cost). The product was collected on a day to suit me and I was refunded promptly. Overall I was very happy with the service I received.

When I ordered drainage channels a metre long l expect to receive them 1m long not 800mm long.
Waste of time and money dealing with this company!!!

I placed an order for some drainage channel last night . Got a call this a.m. to suggest I had ordered an incorrect component and asked if I wanted to changed it .
Also refunded a significant part of the delivery cost due to the order change.
An excellent and honest service as I would have been none the wiser !!

I ordered various products from this company on the Thursday I received prompt confirmation of my order as well as delivery information. The items were delivered on the Monday by a trackable service (Royal Mail). I was extremely satisfied by both the products and the level of service.

I have an on going issue with this company. Ordered a small item which I was told via email had been dispatched on 8th March. I have called twice on a premium rate number, which has cost me around £8.
Have spoken to a on line representative who said they would check with Royal Mail but no come back. Still awaiting delivery of outlet fitting, 6 days after dispatch date !

Ordered just one channel and an end stop, placed the order then realised I needed two end stops, I phoned the company who rang me back and send they would ammend the order and they sent an link for me to pay. Amazed that the items arrived the next day before lunch and I only asked for standard delivery. Excellent service and extremely good telephone service.
