Pool Set EcoHeata 14kW Pool Heat Pump
The item recieved was the same as described and the build quality seems to be tough for tough australian conditions. The unit had been plumbed and hardwired as per manual by a certified electrician durinnd the colder weather in WA. The heat pump performed well and we were able to swim in the pool amidst the cool ambient temperature . David, the person I corresponds to was helpful in assuring me that the item is coming soon and indeed it arrived sooner than expected. Over all customer experience - was superb, the product and seller’s communication to customer was excellemt.
