My daughter went off to college and her second week there locked her keys inside car. I live over an hour away and called popalock for her(she was at work on first day of job). They took my credit card payment but then said they were too busy to help her! I was freaking out as a parent over an hour away. They said oh well just call the police department

This company is awful called today to get a jump thru my insurance when the tech finally called I spoke to someone named Jose very rude and unprofessional screaming thru the phone demanding the address of my location, I gave him the address but apparently it wasn’t good enough for him and he hung up then spoke with another disrespectful rep from the company who called me back, when I said I just spoke with your technician who just yelled at me and hung up she stated O I have nothing to do with that. Huh? Needless to say I filed a corporate complaint thru the insurance company hopefully they’ll drop these lowlifes

The technicians Jason and Skylar are very unprofessional.

Called and for an unlock service. Was told it would be 35 to 45 min and that the technician would message me when closet. It started raining so I waited a little longer and called them back an hr later to confirm that someone was still coming because I hadn't heard from anyone. Was told yes they were. Got a call from the technician asking if I had just called the dispatcher because there's no way anyone was coming out to see me, they were too booked. I called back the dispatcher and the manager Jimmy acted as if he had no clue that I was lied to twice by the dispatchers and just talked over me as I was trying to explain how I've been getting miscommunication from his company. I've now waited 2 hrs and have to use a totally different company.

The driver and Company manager were callous, rude, unprofessional and irresponsible. The driver abandoned me after I waited for him.
I waited for 50 minutes for the driver to arrive. He called twice (he claims) but left NO message. I called immediately once I saw a missed call which was 1 minute later. The drive claims it is not his responsibility to leave a message and lied and told me that he was on another job. He also refused to provide his name for me to file a complaint with my insurance company GIECO and to file a complaint with his employer.
This entire Pop a Lock company is faulty unprofessional and irresponsible.
I had to file another roadside assistance claim and waited another 50 minutes, this time they NEVER showed up. I called to find out what happened to the driver and and spoke with the manaher who blatantly lied and told me GIECO cancelled the second request for assistance which was ANOTHER lie. I had to call GIECO to get the facts. I was told that GIECO did not cancel the second request and that Pop a lock company cancelled all on there own because the driver refused to come out to the job without telling GIECO or me of this utterly unprofessional decision. Pop a Lock's response was that its not their responsibility to inform the client.. This company is not only unprofessional but the are verbally abusive and arrogant. They dont care if they have inconvenienced the customer and they don't care about your business. GIECO must end there business with them if the want to keep their customers
If you care about quality and respectful customer service NEVER EVER use Pop a Lock company.

We lost our keys on vacation. Andy meet us at Kansas City International's parking spot. When the problem of creating a replacement key turned out to not be so simple, he stuck with it. His boss showed up and between the two of them finally solved the problem of our car locks. Andy was great about hanging in there and explains what he had to do

If I could give a ZERO star review I WOULD!!!! I placed a service call for a SIMPLE duplicate key. I placed my call/service entry @ 1pm, it's NOW 11:54 pm and STILL nothing & nobody has been out!!!! I even placed a 2nd request for service call at 6pm & STILL nothing & nobody has been out!!!! Which has now left me, a high risk pregnant woman & 2 kids stuck ALONE in a high crime HIGHLY dangerous area, stuck until another place can help us in the a.m. PLEASE do your self a favor and call another service!!! THIS company should be a LAST RESORT option!!!!! They're ABSOLUTELY USELESS. They SHOULD be ashamed of this company but won't be because they simply DON'T give a crap!!! After all, it's not their loved ones stuck & in danger.

When AAA dropped the ball, Warren from Pop-A-Lock saved the day. I was visiting from out of town and lost my keys at a local trampoline park. After an 18 hour ordeal with AAA, Warren arrived within the 1 hour window, unlocked my car and provided replacement keys. He was prompt, fast, efficient and friendly! I hope I never need their service again, but they will be my first call if I do. I highly recommend Pop-A-Lock!

Aaron helped me in Eau Claire today with getting a new key and he was AMAZING. Super friendly, and I enjoyed talking to him while he made the key. He made the experience super easy which helped me not be so bummed about the situation I was in. Amazing guy!

Husband locked his keys in the truck. Guy appeared inexperienced and scratched the paint and window tint. He took pictures and agreed he did it. Husband called his manager who refuses to take responsibility stating the guy didn’t scratch anything that the scratches were there prior. Police report being filed. Do NOT use this company. This was the Syracuse, NY location.

I needed battery service and my insurance carrier initially dispatched another company. After waiting for an 1 1/2 hours Pop-A-Lock was dispatched and arrived within 40 minutes. Shane communicated with me during the wait and was absolutely great.

Barry has twice helped us out and each time he was friendly, professional and courteous! Both calls for service was handled promptly and extremely well! Thanks for everything and will highly recommend Pop-A-Lock.

Terrible service!!!! Called and gave dispatcher my info over and over. All for her to “accidentally” put me on hold and then hang up on me TWICE!!! Dispatcher Nikki needs to be fired

I would give a negative rate if it would let me. Called and was told someone would be there in 20 minutes. Called back 35 minutes later and was told there was never a call placed for the address I provided. Requested service again and was told it would be 20 minutes. Call right back to make sure my call was put in and was told all was good. Received a text message saying someone was on the way. 35 minutes later received a phone call stating there was no one in the area that could help me. All this time I am stuck outside in 1 degree weather. Will NEVER use or recommend this company.

I would not give one star if I could have a choice.... googling their location, it was 4.4 miles from me. She said she cannot cover my area and when asked why because I was looking at a map she hung up the phone.

I called back and asked again why she could not help me, again she hung up. Extremely poor service at being best said. Do not EVER use this company!!! They will not accommodate anyone, and clearly have false advertising. Claiming to service the Kannoplis and Concord area. They do not. Even though a location is 4.4 miles away from me. Pathetic

They take forever!! Not worth the wait or money when you can just call someone with the tool. Or buy it. I have never called them cause my friend does it for a living but he's out of town. I
NEVER AGAIN FIND SOMEONE ELSE!

i have been waiting since 3 pm for their service, its now 630pm and they are no shows. called corporate office, they tried, but cant figure out what happened and cant reach tech. Im stranded.....not the kind of service you need from a locksmith

James was amazing. He was very communicative, informative, and respectable. He had a mask on for safety and was extremely kind. I will definitely be using this service (hopefully not any time soon haha) due to his great services!!!!

I was on my way to work when I got a flat tire. Pulled over to see a huge gash in my tire and was instantly upset. I called road side assistance and Gwen (the road side assistance angle) showed up. She was very polite and friendly and instantly got to work. I’m a nurse and was dressed in scrubs and told her I could help if she needed anything. She told me she had it and I could wait in the car if I wanted to or stay and chat with her, neither would bother her. While chatting I asked how long the spare would be good for (my husband and I are both nurses we work a lot and wouldn’t be able to have it fixed soon). She said “i can take your tire if you want me to, get a new one put on your rim and go to the hospital parking garage to put it back on” 😦😦😦 that was literally my face. I didn’t even know what to say! She went above and beyond! Way above and beyond!!! She turned my bad day around! She made such a difference and I want her to know! She deserves a raise! Thank you Gwen with pop-a-lock! You are an MVP for them for sure! (Ps I posted her kind act on my Facebook and people are commenting Their stories and interactions with her too! This girl rocks!)
