I placed an order for a gift and failed to complete the option for the gift message. The response from customer care was very timely and enabled me to put my message as an addendum.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Posh Peanut. My daughter’s first birthday was on Sunday, and I already had a dress picked out, until Posh Peanut dropped the perfect Peter Rabbit dress for her storybook-themed party at the very last minute. I knew it was a long shot, but I ordered it with expedited shipping and emailed customer service, hoping someone might see it in time.

To my surprise, I received the sweetest email from Queen, who said they would overnight the dress for free. I ordered on Thursday and had the dress in my hands by Friday. For such a big company to go above and beyond like that truly blew me away.

The dress was absolutely perfect, and my daughter received so many compliments at her party. This was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had in my adult life. Posh Peanut has earned a loyal customer for years to come.

Beware of the “Enjoy a gift on us” that they may send you when you get your package. It claims a free one-piece up to $40 (shipping not included), when you submit the code it only takes off $6. I message them about this and they said sorry, it was their error and it is only for 15% off orders. They said sorry and that it was supposed to be 15% and that is that. They may be cute baby company but they definitely dropped the ball on making it right when they were admittedly in the wrong. Seriously, they could have still honored the code as a courtesy for their mistake. And not lose a new customer. There are plenty of other companies that make the same stuff and will honor their special gift codes.

Quick reply and solved my issue fast and they stand behind their product

There was a mixup in the address that I had given to my order, and it ended up getting sent back to Posh Peanut. When I contacted customer service via email, immediately I got a response back from Angela stating that they will do everything they can to resend it to the correct address. No questions asked just great customer service. We not only love their clothing. Their customer service is a five store. Our go to for my granddaughter’s clothing. Great company with a great product.

I accidentally placed an order to wrong address and customer service swiftly put my correct address for my order! Long time customer since 2022.

Prompt and helpful response

Received a defective shirt, but posh peanut immediately replaced said shirt and hv received the new perfect shirt in only a few days. Material is so soft! Amazing customer support. Shout out to QUEEN who should be what all customer service reps aspire to be like.

Posh Peanut was responsive and efficient - I didn't wait more than 2 to 3 minutes and had a professional reply and solution. I would recommend them highly!

Posh Peanut has the best customer service agents, Queen in particular is always so nice, professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. All of Posh Peanut's staffe are the same way but I mostly have had Queen respond, I love Posh Peanut and definitely will buy more in the future.

I have been shopping at posh peanut for years. I don’t want to put my baby in anything else and my daughter doesn’t want to wear anything else. All of the clothing is so soft and comfortable and so so cute. It’s like they pull out my best childhood memories when they do their collaborations. I also have had a wonderful experience with their customer service! They were responsive and helpful. Great experience on all accounts.

I returned an item that was too big on me to posh peanut for a credit as they had a restocking fee. While I was not able to locate the gift card they had sent me via email, one quick email and an even quicker reply resolved my issue! Things happen, but receiving this level of customer service ensures a lifelong customer! Look forward to our next purchase.

I ordered a quilt and noticed the stitching had unraveled on part of it. I contacted Posh Peanut and Queen responded very quickly. She advised me of the next steps and processed an exchange. She was very helpful and made the process seamless. Thank you for your assistance!

The quality of the sleepers I’ve bought is beyond any other. The convertible footie is very unique and extends the user time. However, the customer service stands out equally as excellent. A wrong address was automatically attached to my credit card as the delivery address. Within moments their customer service corrected the wrong address. I was very relieved and thankful . I’ll continue to shop Posh peanut for sure!

Posh is simply the best. The material is so soft and the quality is unmatched, these will last as hand-me-downs for years and years. The customer service is also outstanding so if any issue does arise, it’s quickly sorted. Highly recommend.

My experience with Queen was great. I ordered my daughter, a beautiful princess backpack, and unfortunately, the sewing on one of the bottom pockets was not completed. They no longer have the backpack, so I couldn’t exchange for another. Queen responded to my email very promptly and issued a store credit. She also let my daughter keep the backpack. I may try to sew it myself. We’ll see.

I accidentally put in the wrong delivery address & contacted Posh Peanut, after I had submitted my order. The response time was almost immediate and they took care of my mistake.
