I ordered a custom poster for my mom for Mother’s Day and I was going out of town so my kids were going to surprise her with it as I would not be here. My poster arrived damaged and they wanted me to rip it up and send a picture to send me a new one…. What a ridiculous thing to request. So after I said I wasn’t doing that they said they would get one out to me and I’ve never received it. My kids gave it to my mom in hopes I could swap it out when I got home…. But nope. Still a damaged poster on the wall. So needless to say I’ll be ordering another one from somewhere else. If there was zero stars I’d click it twice. Bozos need better packaging for shipping🤡

I ordered a poster and they sent me a tracking number which showed it was never in USPS custody. After multiple emails and run around - they informed me that they couldnt refund my money for an item that was never received..... what? Terrible. Avoid them!

PosterBurner did a great job on our adult baseball league’s team jerseys printing logos and numbers on the back of our jerseys. I recommend their products to anyone looking for a quality job.

Shipping has always been lightning fast, except during the month of USPS delays which affected everyone everywhere. Take it from a multi year customer, this is truly a company you can rely on to deliver a high quality product day in and day out.

I had used the company for years and did not think when I ran into an issue that they would not support my business. I ordered 2 window decal prints. When they arrived we noticed there was a color problem on the sheets. (The big size expensive) I wrote the company they stated "it could have come from there printer. Thought they would replace it with new ones but they did not. I really talked this company up amd they ended up screwing me in the end. Lost my business.

I ordered two prints, and somehow, the labels were wrong, so I reached out to Poster Burner to resolve the issue, but they have yet to fix the problem; after weeks of emailing them, I may get 1 or 2 responses from them through email, and yet its still no resolved till this day

Update of review….. Miquel offered to ship a second order out 2nd day air at a discount to resolve the issue. So changed from 1 star to 3…

Shipping was a disaster! I see others had the same issue. On the order checkout screen it showed the (only) Shipping Option of "Priority" and charged me $16.31 for shipping the 25 stickers... BUT they shipped it FedEx "Economy" which tracking shows 9 days to deliver... FedEx partners with US Postal Service and they NORMALLY take several extra day beyond the expected day. Posterburner doesn't answer or return calls... just emails unhelpful questions back. I cant hangout on my email all day, but CAN talk on the phone. PLEASE CALL ME POSTERBURNER
