I received my poster size photos today, and OMG they are gorgeous!! How they took two selfies and made them look as beautiful as they do is amazing!! I absolutely love love love them, and I’m sure my sister will love love love them as well!! I had them made for her birthday party and they are perfect!! She is going to cry tears of joy when she sees them!

WRONG SIZE DECAL, PAID FOR IT 5 TIMES AND RECEIVED 1 CORRECT ONE, BUT THEY CHARGED ME FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND NEVER SHIPPED THE PRODUCT, BAD BUSINESS AND TERRIBEL RESPONSE, JUST AN AUTOMATED REPLY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS, THIS COVERS 6 MONTH TIME FRAME FROM JUNE 2022 UNTIL NOV 2022 AND STILL NOTHING!!!

They admitted mistake but ignored the inconvenience and monetary loss their mistake cost me and insisted I destroy the misprints, or they wouldn't refund or send me what I ordered. Their refund terms cover damage in transit not printer error. I'm not legally obligated to destroy their misprints, their "satisfaction guarantee" is a scam.

Customer service is great, they helped me pick the right style for my print and even made adjustments to it so it would look better..and it did! Very happy with everything start to finish.

I have been ordering from posterburner for over 7 years now and they have delivered consistently for me the entire time. If something gets damaged or doesn't turn out the way you like it, they will fix it pretty quickly from my experience.

More like zero stars. Took over two weeks deliver despite their terms of service ice stating "average" time is 2-4 days (I call b.s.). Then, they ship them and the order is missing 3 of the 14 prints. The quality wasn't nearly as expected, the delivery time was a joke, and the negligence to send the complete order is unforgivable at this point. THEN, I offer to ship back if they send a prepaid label and despite their own return policy, they REFUSE and demand I cut up and crumple the prints and then send them pictures and THEN, maybe they'll refund the payment!!!! Zero customer service, poor quality, & awful delivery time frame. BUY ANYWHERE ELSE. This place is a joke.

Using the customize tools makes it amazing, the other review here seems like the person didn’t correctly use those tools. Customer service has always responded swiftly and in perfect English to me.

The quality is garbage. The frames are so weak they bow when you hang them up by the picture hanger and the plexiglass falls out. Literally usesless and customer service must not speak english very well. Been trying to get a replacement or refund for over a week and just going in circles.

Honestly the best printing company I have ever done business with. Super fast shipping, great customer service and super high quality products!

I did ordered,they got it back with no reason... never got answer back about it!!!!

The product I received was not as advertised. The company's website showed me what the poster would look like when printed. When I received the poster, it had been printed in landscape format when it should have been printed in portrait format. The poster is useless. The photo's name and my signature were cropped off at the bottom because of the incorrect format. A company representative offered to send a corrected print if I would pay for shipping. Since I was promised by another company representative a refund of shipping charges on a previous order and not getting the refund, I've decided I've had enough. The company isn't trustworthy.

I had some amazing posters from the 70's reprinted and they look amazing!!!
