I have been working my way through all the fragrance's , .to day I placed an order for starlight, I received free postage , and a refill candle worth £27 . I have the sage green pot a cream pot a dark green pot . I have purchased the match’s in all the colours, the Christmas gold match are lovely, all the fragrance are warm expensive not artificial or chemically, great burning time, a lovely addition to your home.

I ordered several starter kits for Christmas presents. I just love the practicality of refillable candles and lots of choices re the scents. I also ordered a large candle for my own home, Tonka and it smells divine. Think i might just need to hold onto one of the starter packs too.

Another brilliant order has just arrived from Pott in the black Friday sale. Everything packaged beautifully and smelling amazing as per usual. Just love these products so much, the best candles I've ever come across.

Terrible customer service: didn’t care about a genuine comment made about their packaging, which due to lack of clarity, cost me money to buy new packaging to send the item on as a gift! A shame as I like to support smaller companies but not if they don’t bother with new customers. I won’t be using them again!

I can not fault Potts everything I ordered was in the parcel and wrapped nicely. My only issue was with Royal Mail I had an email from them that they were going to deliver on Monday 1st Dec between 9:20 -1:20. Waited in no delivery. Then to wake up to a email this morning that they would deliver today between 7:45 -11:30 . Which I received left on the doorstep at 7:50, but what if I had been at work it would have sat on the doorstep all day . I know that it’s not your fault but as you are using their services I thought you should know. Many thanks have a lovely Christmas from Dianne

Lovely product but hugely disappointed to find the candle I ordered on 8th November is now discounted! Can I return and reorder?!?

I bought candles as a gift not for myself , I was set up for a subscription without realising , not easy to cancel beware .

Love this set up. The candle holders are beautiful pottery, and the match holder pot too. The fact that you just refill the lovely pot is fantastic.

The whole experience was great, I enjoyed deciding on my starter set and it was easy to place the order and it arrived beautifully packaged...I love it. Gorgeous pot, love the trial scent pack and my match pot too. Cannot wait to use it x

The pot I received is absolutely beautiful, it was really well packaged, with a lovely note inside stating where in production it was made , as mentioned to pots direct it's something to treasure, made more so by the excellent way it was delivered and the craftsmanship of the potter

I really wanted to love this. The refillable concept is great, and the Potts are beautiful. The scent throw is just not there though. Really disappointing.

I have ordered a few candles from Pott now as I love the handthrown pots, the ethos of the company and the lovely candles. I was delighted with the raku pot and match pot, which are absolutely beautiful! In addition, the bonfire scented candle is really lovely.

I love the concept but despite the scent of the candle being incredible unlit, it just doesn’t seem to translate. As another reviewer has said, it burns unevenly and the wick floods so there was still a lot of candle left when I tried to release it from the pot. I did notice that the scent seemed to get stronger further down the burn, will try to salvage the rest of the candle and see if it works better as a wax melt.

Customer services were helpful and responsive, they replaced the initial candle and the second one does seem to be slightly stronger. May try some other scents as I now have the pot but i’ve definitely had a more powerful scent from cheaper candles.

I absolutely love Pott Candles, particularly Tonka. The pots are hand crafted and are beautiful to look at and candles smell gorgeous.
They are always beautifully presented when they arrive Also, easy to replace and clean out the pot before replacing with a new one.

Very good service, for starters; I ordered the refill on the 31st, it dispatched the same day (within a couple of hours, in fact!) and arrived today. I haven't burnt it yet, but the fragrance (Bonfire) is delicious even just in the wrapper, so I'm looking forward to trying it out later. Just right for this slightly soggy, grey November day.

Beautifully scented candles, especially the Tonka. The fragrance really lasts yet isn’t overpowering.

Lovely scents and a great idea but candles are getting progressively smaller. I received my subscription box for autumn and the candles were not the same size as previously purchased as I had one from a previous order. I weighed both just out of interest - neither were 290g as stated but the latest candle was much lighter. Not nice to feel you are being duped. Bring back the right size please.

Bought to use over the festive season so have yet to use it - although it’s hard to resist the temptation!

Four new refills. Can’t wait to light the 2 Christmas scents (both smell so good even unlit), plus my favourite Tonka and Fig, which is new to me this time. I have a Pott in every room and it’s such a calming moment to light them.

Received a beautiful Pott candle with a match pot and lovely scented candle as a gift from my friend recently- never heard of this company before but really impressed and will definitely be looking for refills when this one is done. Eden smells divine thank you ☺️
