Having Alexandra's consultation on a recent residential remodelling project has helped me increase the value of a recent property development. Within a few minutes, Alexandra was able to see right to the problem I was facing with the building footprint and share both her valuable experience as an architect and her practical experience as a mum and someone who has clearly created family-friendly spaces many times. She turned a problem area into something I'm excited about - I can't wait to show off this modern, practical yet desirable family home. And more importantly, to sell it with the added uplift in price!

Almost 12 months ago Richard came over to do a boiler service & Nest thermostat installation for me. Arrived on time and got the job done much faster than I expected. All relevant paperwork completed swiftly and all has worked perfectly since. He was very patient explaining how to use the Nest thermostat. Excellent service and I will soon be getting in touch for this year's boiler service too.
I have known Richard a long time and he has always been professional and fastidious with his work (very much the perfectionist). He saved me from freezing one winter by coming out at very short notice to replace my boiler. Always happy to give advice in easy to understand language.

It was late at night and We didn't have any hot water while my flatmate was showering. I called Richard from Powell Design & Construction and he immediately sorted it for me and we then had hot water again!

We have used this company to quote and consult on some potential purchases and are now nearing completion of a full refurbishment of an investment property. We found their professionalism, communication standard of work and flexibility excellent.
