We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused by receiving the incorrect screw fitting for your scarifier. While we're glad our team was polite and helpful on the phone, we completely understand how disappointing it is to wait for a part only to find it isn't the right fit.
We have sent you an email so we can help with the matter. We look forward to hearing from you.
