Power Academy UK Reviews

I just completed my level 2 fitness instructor & level 3 personal trainer qualifications via the fully online course with Power Academy and the overall experience was great.
The material included is good, the online portal to view and complete your assessments works well and the service from both the assessors marking your work and the customer service representatives is great.

Work is marked quickly with great feedback, and if you need help with anything the assessors are quick to help you out via email or phone. Highly recommended if you are looking for a fully online course that is competitively priced.

I undertook my REPS level 2 and 3 with power academy and would like to especially thank Gizem for her help and quick replies to any questions I had.
My final tutor was Panny, he was a very good tutor and helped me to successfully complete the course and obtain my qualification.
I would highly recommend him.

All members of staff were very supportive! Highly recommend them!

I am so glad to choose Power Academy to acquire Personal Trainer certificate. They are professional and very helpful.

Thank you for helping me gain my qualification 😁 you were comprehensive, a great value for money and I would definitely recommend you to others!

Good qualification provider, helpful and much better pricing than other pt schools. Would recommend however only negative was that service was slow sometimes ie. marking of assignments. Would definitely choose power academy over other pt schools such as origym.

Helped me straight away, insanely fast responses, got the best result possible.

I started learning with Power Academy just before the whole covid situation. My experience with my qualification and tutor was amazing. My tutor was extremely intuitive and helpful, I could message him personally anytime and he would get back to me. The course material, tests and assessments were also very manageable and not stressful in any way. I think the main USP of Power Academy is how personal the relationship between tutor and student is and I feel that is very important when comparing bigger tutoring companies that do not offer the same personal motivation and help that Power Academy's tutors do. Would 100% Recommend.

I took part in the level 2 gym instructor and level 3 personal trainer course with Power Academy UK. The staff were very informative, I had 24/7 access to help if needed. It was a very flexible course while I was at university. Would definitely recommend doing any course though Power Academy!!

Panny was fantastic in helping me achieve my level 2 and 3 qualifications. Very professional and went out his way to help me with any issues i had.

Absolutely thankful to power Acadamey helping me achieve my level 2 and 3 in my personal training my coach Shaun helped me through each step. So happy 😁

I had Power Academy UK recommended to me and so I finally decided to take the plunge and follow my dreams of becoming a personal trainer with them. I did the level 2/3 diploma in gym instructing and personal training, and everyone involved was absolutely amazing.

My tutor George was always available on the phone or via email to help and guide me through the course.

The practical assessments were carried out in an environment and with a team that made me extremely comfortable. They all encouraged me and gave me the confidence to believe in myself and see myself as the personal trainer I have become today.

I received amazing support and encouragement throughout, especially when I was unsure about certain tasks or found some topics difficult. George broke things down for me in a way that was understandable and made sense.

I regularly recommend Power Academy to anybody who is interested in doing a diploma in gym instructing and personal training. I have stayed in touch with all the Power Academy team and will definitely continue to do so.

If you’re looking to enhance your career as a pt then this is the company for you. With you every step of the way. Thank you

Bobby was great! He was really knowledgeable, patient with all of my questions and wanted to get the best training course for me. He talked me through the options available to me and sent follow up information so I could read through it at my own time. I didn't feel pressurised to make a decision instantly and this only made me want to train with Power Academy UK even more.
I'm looking forward to starting my journey with Power Academy UK.
Thanks again Bobby!

All staff were supportive and provided me valuable advice in starting out as a personal trainer.

Couldn’t recommend highly enough, great from the start.
Stel was brilliant, no pressure in to buying the course explained everything I needed to know and left it with me. I obviously choose to buy the course with Power Academy.
My tutor Shaun was great, helped me with everything and guided me through my level 2 and 3 perfectly and am very grateful for his help and guidance through out the course. I am now a fully qualified personal trainer so any one thinking about it you will not be disappointed in choosing Power Academy.

Power academy have been so helpful and understand, with going through a financial situation they have assured me I can place my course on hold till I start again in the new year, communication is outstanding

Thank you so much!

The onboarding process, the assistance throughout, the constant accountability that all the tutors gave me.

I was fortunate enough to get the e-learning video series and whenever I needed help, the tutors were on hand.

I’ve completed a few online courses, but this one was exceptional.

I looked around before I committed and I’m so glad I did.

Thank you Power Academy

The course teacher was very enthusiastic which made learning easier thanks Pan.

Regret every penny spent on this course! I initially signed up due to my passion for fitness and health however during the height of the pandemic, I lost my father.
I had asked them for my money back as I had not been in any position or would have liked to postponed the course due to my loss and the effects it had on me in regard to my mental health.
When I explained this to the TL they happened to prompt me to carry. I don’t think they understood how hard this loss was for me and all I ask for was my money and the series of complaints I wanted to make however I felt the TL had focused on defending his team and reputation over understanding my level of dissatisfaction and feedback towards their training programme.
I did not receive what I had thought I would therefore it’s money wasted.
I DO NOT WANT TO CARRY ON LEARNING when nothing has been resolved.
