Ordered a buggy with a long delivery date and was happy to wait. A week after the order I got an email saying it had been dispatched, to my surprise I thought great, it's coming early! Nothing ever turned up. 6 weeks later I received an email saying my order was cancelled and an automatic PayPal refund. No communication at all about why this has happened. Not great as my son's buggy is broken and now we have to start looking again. It seems the product I ordered doesn't actually exist on other websites. Hmmmmm....

I am very happy with my order. Arrived in a week. Seller was very responsive. Perfect. Highly recommended.

Order placed and not received, how this website is still trading and being allowed to take peoples money is beyond me

Wish I had have read these reviews before purchasing. No item received, ordered on 7 Jan it's now 6 Feb, the company keep replying with the same response 'the item will be with me a day or so.' Nothing is received and no tracking provided. Criminals!! Totally disgusting behaviour. Will be reporting to police

Ordered 2 carseats never received them. Sent numerous emails and only had 1 response the 1st time i emailed advising would be with me in the couple of days, nearly 3 weeks later and no other emails responded to, no carseats. Had to open a case with paypal to get a refund as no responses via email and no contact number. Avoid

Ordered on 17th Jan they have never replied to any messages since, have taken the money and no product. Fraud raised with bank

As all the below reviews I fell fowl of ordering a car seat for my child, hasn't arrived, I've sent several emails no response, I assume they have gone bust and are milking what they can from the website. "Do not buy from this company"

I'm sorry I didn't read the trust pilot reviews on this site before making a purchase. I ordered a mamaroo baby rocker on 15/11/22. After zero communication of shipment I finally received an email on 01/12/22 to let me know the order had been 'shipped'. The tracking number provided was not legit- it simply brought up a 404 not found page. With no contact number on the website the only way to get in touch with this company was via email. I sent several emails asking for an update on my order and by 02/02/23 still no response. I paid through PayPal so was fortune enough to make a claim and get my money refunded through them within a matter of days.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Ordered a pushchair and car seat from here 2 weeks ago, was supposed to be delivered in a week. No email updates, no replies to emails, no answer when phoning. To top it off, the payment is to HUMERA AMIN and not a business, paid by debit card not credit card so now got to fight with the bank to get my money back. I will be calling Trading Standards on Monday. Please buy elsewhere, the low prices really are too good to be true!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. placed an order for two items the items were supposedly shipped over a week ago and should have been received within 3-5 days. I have no tracking for the items the money has been taken from my bank and has gone to a personal account not a business/company. I’m now having to try and claim the money back through my bank after trying to contact pramstores on several occasions and just being ignored

I ordered and paid for a new baby seat for my new grandchild and they acknowledged order. The next I knew was that I received a Paypal credit a few days later and an email from them to say may order had changed to "Refunded" with absolutely no explanation!

Scammers! Ordered a carrycot on 4th November (it’s now 28th November), still hadn’t received it on 11th so emailed to ask what was going on. Said they’d send out another one on next day delivery and still yet to receive. I have checked my tracking number on DPD and they haven’t received either of the parcels.

Now no response to my emails asking for a refund.

Absolutely terrible service and at a loss of £230.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of products and service at the Pramstores. Highly recommend this store!

I ordered from them 3 days ago thinking it would come next day but it still hasn’t arrived!!! I need the product urgently!!! The least they can do is answer the phone!!!!! At a loss of what to do now.

I placed an order for a stroller 3rd week of October. It says on their website shipping typically takes 3-5 business days but after a week, my order never shipped so I contacted their customer service. They emailed me back saying they apologize and they will make sure to have dispatch my order that week. Here we are 2 weeks later, still no stroller and no way to cancel the order. I have sent them 4 emails and yet to hear from them again. Avoid this company and I definitely learned my lesson to read reviews of online stores before placing an order.
