Panicked after ordering and checking the reviews afterwards. Thought positive reviews were fake. We Ordered 2 x car seats arrived literally 2 days later panic over.

Definitely a scam. Do not order from here. The payment details are to a persons name and not a legitimate company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO EMAILS. I RECKON I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. INCORRECT ITEM HAS BEEN SENT. UNABLE TO GET INTOUCH WITH ANYONE. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Do not buy from here! I ordered a pushchair over a week ago still heard nothing and now it says it’s refunded. Yet to receive my refund. Will contact my bank!

After receiving an email saying my order had been shipped, I still had not received my order of a rear pram wheel over a week later. I filled in the query form on their website and got no reply. Eventually I found a phone number and spoke to someone who assured me that they would investigate and I would receive an email “within an hour” with tracking information. Needless to say I didn’t get the email. I tried to call them later that day and the following day and no one was picking up. I ended up getting a refund through my bank and still have heard nothing from these crooks! Do not use this site!

Item turned up, but was wrong colour, also looked as if it had been either dropped off the top of the shard or been returned by someone else as some of the polystyrene packing was also missing, meaning some of the parts were loose in the box during transit. Too much hassle to return to shop. Could have easily been one star.

Only shipped my item after I contacted my bank for a refund who in turn contacted them, AVOID

Bought a car seat and base. Delivery stated 5-7days. Heard nothing from the company despite calling multiple times and emailing. Requested a refund through PayPal which Pramstores accepted straight away. Weird behaviour which appears to be a pattern from looking at other reviews. Do not use.

Should have read reviews here. Sadly to say, its a scam business and website. Bought car seat over 2 weeks ago. Had nothing delivered, got 1 answer without any clarification when i get my item, afterwards got no answers when I should get this item. Had to open refund claim with my bank, money went into individual account rather than a company one. Scam business, don't buy anything from them. All positive reviews r likely fake ones.

After ordering the bebecar parasol from pramstore.com I decided to look at the reviews on this company. After seeing the bad reviews I wasn't hopeful on receiving my item, but my experience was totally different I was emailed on all stages of processing to being shipped and then DPD was sending me me updated information via the app on process of parcel, I received my parcel today on the 3 day postage as promised so overall had a good experience with this company

i made an order yesterday .. and read the reviews after .. I was so panicking after I read the reviews and thought my order will never come ..

This morning .. I received an email saying that my order will be delivered tomorrow ..

I only checked the reviews after I ordered the item. By the way, I ordered the same item twice by mistake! I managed to get a refund from PayPal for one of them and then, in less than 2 days, the car seat was delivered. I’m delighted with the delivery time and the price (£37,70 for the Joie Juva needed for our holidays in August to Spain). I can only complain about their customer service as I was unable to speak to them on the phone and I didn’t have too many updates on email. But in general, a very positive experience. This is my first review and I am doing it because I think it is fair on the company.

Do not order from this site. I also only read the reviews after ordering, so I ordered a stroller on Monday 4th July and still not received it. They don’t reply to emails and rarely even answer the phone when they did all I got was they have no update yet, asked for a refund yesterday and he said it will be done by the end of the day, still waiting now.

I only read the reviews after I purchased a buggy and the payment went to a named person rather than a company. I panicked thinking I wouldn't receive the buggy for my grandson. However it arrived in 3 days. I am really pleased with the whole experience.

I have reported the purchase of a pram which never appeared to the police fraud and trading standards today. I purchased a pram from my daughter three weeks ago. They only sent an email saying it was being delivered once I contacted PayPal. The dpd link shows they have still not given the pram to dpd. I also note they use several different company names. Pramstoresuk, pramstores, diffusiondesigns diffusion kids. They are a fraud company. Do not use them. All those on here recently making complaints, please contact the police and fraud uk. Provide them with the names of those who responded to you by email and the names listed on paypal/bank accounts etc.

I placed an order in may. I received confirmation and awaiting dispatch. I received an email stated it was delayed and if I was happy to wait. I was as I have order way in advance.

I receive a dispatch email and await my pram. 10 days pass and I haven't heard anything. So I email wondering when it is likely to arrive. I get a ride reply stating it was at my local coop. I had not received a failed delivery note and had no idea it was there. They sent the email that dpd had sent to them and from the dates would appear to be returned to them. I reply with this and they are again rude and just say it's at coop. So I sent my husband on a fools errand. As I knew it wasn't there. And guess what? It had been returned to the retailer.

I sent them an email explaining how dissatisfied we are and what is the update to no reply. I wait a week and send another message. I receive a response which just states with courier. So am I getting it? When? How? Who knows no one is replying.

So I waited 2 months and still don't have it. So if you want the item you order that seems hard for this company.

After ordering our babies crib from pramstores I had a look at the reviews. Granted maybe should have looked first at the reviews! Having said that if I had looked at the reviews it might have put us off ordering the cot we wanted.

Now comes the part where we had placed the order. We were kept informed at all stages of order process. From an order confirmation then picked for shipping and then picked up from courier.

Then courier kept us up to date from there end also from letting us know they had picked up crib, providing tracking number then next day a two hour window for delivery.

We place the order on Sunday and by Tuesday mid day we had our order in our baby room kindly put there by courier driver.

All in all a great experience and great service and we got the crib we wanted for a massive saving compared to other sites.

Don’t let these bad reviews put you off or scare you. This company is genuine and was a pleasure to deal with. Compare it to Asda that was more expensive for the item, wanted a delivery fee and would have been longer to arrive.

I am so disappointed and frankly frustrated with Pramstores. I ordered a Next2Me solely due to the fact next day delivery was offered.

The product was not delivered the following day, instead over a week of chasing via email
and phone I was informed that the product was not in stock and won’t we dispatched, despite still advertising stock availability and next day delivery on their website.

To not honour the delivery, particularly for new baby products is just not acceptable. By this time the baby had been born and we were looking at alternate sleeping arrangements. I would not recommend this company, instead I found the item cheaper and with quick delivery from Kiddies Kingdom.

Was really worried after discovering some of these reviews but my experience has been really good. Ordered on Sunday evening and received on Wednesday morning (with a bank holiday in between). I was kept updated through email and DPD updates also. Price of the car seat I bought was over £50 cheaper than other retailers at £98.25 compared to £150. Would recommend and will be a returning customer. Thanks *****
