Pratap Sons Reviews

I am pratap sons regular & valued customer ...it's nice to work with them all designers are valued ... excellent work & nice team ...love love love .....

Customer service is very good and they help in their best way to correct sizes , delivery and responses. I have given 3 stars as I am yet to receive my second order. The first order collection could improve in quality and karigari on the dresses to the prices charged for the dresses.

Kamal - customer service consultant was helpful and responsive. We wanted the delivery by Saturday.. Kamal did an amazing job of getting it delivered before time. Extremely professional. Highly recommended
The palazzo set was for my mum and she loved it.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thanks Mr. Kamal for your kind and helpful support during my recent online shopping.
Your assistance made the process very smooth and stress-free.
I truly appreciate the time and effort you took to help me. Your recommendations were spot on, and I m very Happy with my purchase. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for you.
Thank you once again for your excellent service. I look forward to shopping with you again in the future.

Pratap Sons were recommended highly to me by a family member in the US.
There was a wide variety of clothing in different fabrics, styles, costs, suitable for various ages.
I have used the chat box for help and further information.
Replies were prompt, to the point and so helpful. I have placed an order with them and am hoping they keep up this great service. Thank you for all you have done thus far.

Dealt with my wrong size delivery very quickly.
Shipped a new size quickly in time for Eid .
Lovely suit - as advertised !

The size chart doesn’t correspond with the UK size reference
I’d say XXL is a 14.
WhatsApp was convenient for me and staff very polite and easy to deal with .

Seems like a good site and customer service responded to me right away to resolve my issue with the order. Looking forward to receiving the items on time and with good quality/ right size. Will update review with all of that information once I get my shipment.

The dress was beautiful and is exactly as the picture advertised. Delivery was faster than expected . I loved the dress,
It fits my body shape perfectly, the material is what I needed for the summer.

Hi I will like to warn you for not purchasing anything from Pratap sons Online Jaipur . It’s a completely fraud method of selling the products . Once you place the order you will not be delivered the product as they do not have products and sizes available with them . Also then they will not be given a refund also they will just issue a credit note but again this will be very difficult to use the credit note because their prices fluctuate everyday and again whatever you order they will most probably not have in stock . Their team also not respond on these things .If by anyone chance they pick ur call they will simply ask you to wait till the time they get the same in stock . They will never approach you . You only have to pursue them all the time .In summary it’s not a fair portal they are merely keeping money with them and rotating your money only in their business and that too completely Interest free

Loved the clothes that I ordered! And also loved their collections!! Shipping was fast. Gave them 4 stars because one of the items was shipped late which was sorted out by whatsapp chat. Customer service needs improvement! I'm happy with the ordered clothes. Definitely would recommend this website to my friends.

Amazing response to the complaint I wrote earlier! Thank you Suman. My complaint about not receiving the third dress from the Buy-2-get-one-free offer was addressed swiftly and I received the missing outfit (which is gorgeous) within 48 hours. I am back on the website selecting more outfits and highly recommend Pratap Sons Global.

Worst experience ever. Product quality was pathetic and customer service is even worse. After returning the product, I am still waiting endlessly for my refund. Totally unprofessional behavior. Avoid at all costs

don't buy for them they will talk to you and help you until you pay. Arjun assured me that he will take care of me if I have any problems and he will check the order before he sends it and he sent the wrong order wrong size the tags were removed. The clothes are very small now he's not replying after sending me the smaller order and basically the tags are cut off from the neck area because my order said three XL so they send me the wrong size but took the tag off and now they're not replying and Arjun assured me that he will take care of off my order

Very lovely experience
Kamal assisted me so much
Thank you

Impossible to navigate through their exchange policy. If you end up with an ill fitted outfit then you are doomed. I’m sitting with three.
Apparently the exchange window is three days and the WhatsApp number takes weeks to respond. Their excuse..they were busy but who suffers…the customers and they give zero hoots about it.
Another one of my confirmed order of an outfit was cancelled by them after a month because they said they were busy.
moral of the story: There are multiple better options to shop from with far better customer care. Try MULMUL instead.

I ordered a suit set on 9th March. Was scheduled to recieve in 3 - 4 days. They kept delaying the order and today i got a msg that the product is out of stock ! Its a prepaid order ,instead of offering refund they want me to choose another suit? Also they respond after hours!! No system to call. Its a scam!!

"Pratapsons.com exceeded my expectations! Their customer service is truly outstanding—prompt responses, hassle-free size exchanges, and even customized sizing options. The prices are great, and the quality is even better than described. I’m beyond impressed and officially a fan for life!"

Ps. I ordered 3 outfits and all of them got me numerous compliments

I just recently ordered three outfits from them with their promotion of buy two get one free
Two of them came on time and fit me perfectly. The quality was also beautiful.
The third one apparently got damaged in production, so they did follow up with me and gave me the option to get something else instead which they shipped very promptly
I am very pleased with the quality and their service and their speed. I would definitely buy from them again.
Special thanks to Kamal for actually getting on a phone call with me to clarify several things

Horrible experience with Pratap sons. They are just looting customers. The only way to connect with Pratapsons is through whatsapp and two people Kamal and Arjun don't bother to respond. They keep refund money from customers. They don't transfer if back. Return pick up takes 1 month time. They assure discount and after orde placement takes it hack

Please don't place your order from them, they do all the possible advertisements and ask for advance payment and then never ship your product. CUstomer service is suckiest !!
