Abdul Rehman was very helpful and sorted out my query straight away 1st class service 👍

I spoke to a friendly lady called Laiba who booked by delivery slot very easily. It hasn't been delivered yet but so far so good.

Good customer service from Iqra on when the delivery will be made.

IQRA who rang me to arrange delivery was very helpful and very kind, when I told her I was going on holiday on the date she gave me she very quickly arranged another date
She was lovely

Love these guys they delivery to me every few years or yearly and honestly the customer service is always amazing and they are so tidy when they are assembling stuff for you also thank you again guys

The delivery was absolutely perfect. Our item was delivered on time and with great personal service by ABU. He helped with the unpacking and spent time with us to ensure that there was no damage.

I do not expect to have a shakedown on my doorstep for more money just because you cannot deliver to a door, I paid the company for delivery and expect delivery to be TO MY DOOR. Avoid using this company as they are lazy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered two beds and mattresses to be delivered. Paid extra for it to be delivered to room of choice. One man came told me my stuff shouldn't have been on his van and that someone else would be coming to take up to my flat. He dumped the stuff in the bottom of my tenement at 8am. Had to get family members to come help take upstairs as surprise no one from this company came back. Been in contact with them to be told it was delivered to room of choice which is LIES

Excellent delivery company. Communication was prompt and concise, the tracking information very useful and the young men who brought everything in and built the furniture were extremely polite and helpful. 10/10

I recently received my bed (consignment number PFJg7H14bp) and had a great experience.
The delivery and assembly team were punctual, polite, and very professional. They worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and left the space clean and tidy.

If I could give zero stars i would.
This company is a joke and they scam customers.
I ordered a mattress from beds.co.uk and paid in full.
Premier Deliveries then emailed me demanding £39 for delivery even though delivery was stated as free on the website. I refused and they sent more emails and then phoned me.
The customer service representative was horrible and the call ended with me shouting at her to stop talking over me when im explaining why I wont be paying. This entire interaction with beds.co.uk and premier deliveries has been a disgrace. We are now 4 days in, ive no refund and no mattress
