My only complaint would be that Lucy (my Lucy) would rather stay at the ranch than go home when it's time 😂🐶

Lucy and James have been looking after my dogs for nearly 12 years when I travel. Being without the dogs is a hard enough experience but the whole family and team at Premier Pet Travel are amazing dog lovers and I can relax whilst I’m away in the knowledge that they get looked after and cared for during their stay. I have travelled for many months at a time and the dogs are always super healthy and happy when I return and the video updates are amazing. Having Maria the lovely on site vet is a real plus too! Thank you Lucy and James and your incredible team, without your fantastic care and attention I don’t think I’d be able to travel. You are very special and kind people and I cannot recommend your services more highly.

I talked with several pet relocation companies and Premier Pet was most knowledgeable about moving our bird from the US to Spain. There is more paperwork and certifications for birds than for most other pets and Lucy and Maria were very helpful in making sure that we had the correct documentation. They went out of their way to get the documentation to me since I wanted my bird to fly with me (rather than in a crate) and we're available to help all along the way.
If you have special pet needs for relocation, you should move with Premier Pet Travel.

Stacey at Premier Pets was wonderful. Both of my sisters used this company to move their cats back to england, and recommended them, so we didn't hesitate to do the same. Thank goodness. Stacey was kind, cating, professional and very efficient. Even finding an excellent cattery here (Norfolk) for our cats to stay in while waiting for us. The cats have been well looked after and we're all settled now. If you want to move cats from the Malaga area to England look no further. This is the best company you could find. I had a fantastic experience transporting my German Shepherd from Spain to London. The team was incredibly helpful from day one, answering all my questions and keeping me reassured throughout the process. They even sent me regular pictures during the journey, which was such a nice touch and really put my mind at ease.

Premier Pet Travel are absolutely fantastic . Great service from start to finish. I was very anxious for my 2 dogs being transported from Spain to Uk but they were treated so well. I was updated throughout their journey with photos, videos & regular phone calls. I highly recommend Premier Pet Travel.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Premier Pet Travel. They transported my African Grey Parrot from Spain to UK. It was a stressful time but the whole process was handled efficiently and compassionately by the Staff. Regular updates and videos to reassure me that things were fine. Special mention for Stacey and Maria.

Premier Pet Travel helped me relocate my dog to Australia. It was a very scary experience but they helped me every step of the way.

Honestly I don’t know where to start! The love and attention our fur babies had was second to none. They had a 2 week stay until we could relocate them and we had regular updates, and very happy and healthy dogs. Logistic wise Lucy was brilliant (it’s wasn’t a straight forward relocation) and it ran so smoothly from start to finish - would highly recommend to anyone!

Stacey’s help and advice was invaluable although we didn’t need their services as our destination changed I would definitely recommend anyone who needs to transport their pets to speak to Stacey at Premier Pet Travel.

If you are concerned about relocating your pets abroad.. don’t be! Premier Pets are a great team that are efficient professional and show genuine care for the animals in their care. Our dogs Trev and Bruce,travelled with James from Nottingham to Benahavis in Southern Spain by road. I got regular updates and photos tracking the journey and putting my mind at ease. Premier was amazing in the way they took care of shipping my Dog from Spain back to the United States. They were very patient and helpful in answering all my questions and helping me get through all the paperwork. Stuart and Marina are very dedicated to what they do and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs help relocating their pets to a new destination. They even made it easy for my uncle to pick up my dog when I was not going to be able to pick her ip the day of her arrival. Thank you Premier, for everything you do!

An absolutely amazing company from their first class care at the kennels to the transport to the UK from Spain. The whole scary process was made so much easier with the help of Stacey who kept me informed of everything from the first day of Snoopy and Bruno’s time in the kennels up until the moment they arrived to us in the UK. The kennel girls were fantastic too - forming a bond with them that was hugely important to us while we were apart from them. I cannot recommend Premier Pet Travel highly enough if your fur babies need VIP care and transportation. 10 ********

Stacey helped me with the process of ensuring all Monty's (cat) documents were all in order for his travels to the UK.

Decided to ship my cats separately because traveling pregnant with a toddler and two cats did not sound like the best of time. I found Premier Pet Travel and I have zero regrets!
