We where having real problems sorting our dogs trip until we found lucy and premier. In a day all our problems disappeared. They sorted everything and not having done this before or been apart from our dogs the service was fantastic pics and updates made the whole ordeal so much easier first class service first class staff recomend them 100%

Fantastic experience. Very professional and efficient service that really took the stress and worry out of transporting our labrador from South Spain back to the UK. Great communication before and during the trip (including photos via Whatsapp) and we have a very happy dog back home safe. Couldn't ask for more.

I recently used Premier Pet Travel to transport our dog to Ireland. It really was a premier service! From picking pet up from the door of house to providing temporary board, to actual transport to Dublin, the service was great and Hannah guided me through full process and made something I was a little apprehensive about to being very easy.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Premier Pet Travel. They recently helped me organize a complex pet move with four animals (including 3 with special needs) from the U.K. to Spain. Everything was executed flawlessly. Questions answered quickly and thoroughly. Every detail thought of and updates provided along the way. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend and would use again!

I have used the services of Premier Pet Travel for nearly 20 years in which time they have looked after my 4 dogs. I have referred them. Uñero us times and will continue to do so! They provide excellent personal services looking after the pets as if they were their own. Their vans are well equipped and both Lucy and James along with family members make this is a highly respected and professional business. I have to reluctantly give them 5 stars, I say reluctantly because if too many people use them they won’t have room for my dogs which they look after every 2-3 weeks whilst I travel…. Well done guys!!!

We moved our 2 cats from Marbella to San Francisco and we were of course nervous about the transportation, however Premier Pet Travel put our minds at rest with their incredible planning and service. We were guided step by step, and the photos of our cats along the journey was a very nice extra. I would not hesitate to use Stuart, Lucy and Premier Pet Travel again in the future. Thank you!!

Premier pet travel made it possible for me to rescue a dog that had been abandoned. They looked after her during the period after she had received her Rabies vaccinations, they organised all the travel and sent me regular updates. She is now on her 3rd day in her forever home and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for making this achievable

Amazing people, they really look after your little ones and keep you updated during the trip. They just moved our two dogs from Spain to UK without any issues, and they were happy all the time. Can recommend 100% if you have to move your pets!

Very attentive staff, extremely professional, took care of the whole process that I did with my dog from Brazil to Spain. He did a process of excellence and love with my little dog before her departure from Brazil until after her arrival at my house.

The team at Premier Pets was great. Lucy was my main point of contact and she was great. They were very responsive and took the time to get to know me and my cats. They were very efficient at booking everything, dealing with the paperwork and in updating me on my pets' journey. I would highly recommend them.

No stress experience! This was my first time using a pet shipper to fly our dog from Spain to Florida. Premier pet took the time and went the extra mile when I had questions. I knew my dog was in great hands and had updates from start to finish. Highly recommend if you find your self needed to use a shipper.

Absolutely outstanding service. Premier Pet Travel are the best pet shippers in Spain. They took the stress of moving my dog completely away from me and they were such a delight to work with. Would 100% recommend if you need to ship your pets.

Stuart at Premier Pets understands that pets are family! They are very dear and also vulnerable. My two cats traveled from Rota Naval Station Spain to Nashville, Tennessee and I picked them up at a warehouse at the airport and drove to Fort Knox, Kentucky with them. It is stressful to hand your pet to someone to travel. Stuart gave my two cats excellent care for a week at his cattery while they waited for travel to begin. He communicated with photos and videos so that I could see the experiences my pets were having during the move. He communicated to me their travel itinerary and continued close communication to be sure my two cats were delivered safe and sound and were with me. The arrangements involved were flawless, I think. I was impressed with how secure the crates were. The crates were taped with double mesh on the front and secure locking mechanisms. The cats were safe and healthy on arrival. I would not trust my cats to anyone but Premier Pets! They are very good.

Premier Pet Travel hizo la experiencia de transportar a nuestra perrita Gola (una trayecto del que estábamos supremamente nerviosos) una experiencia fácil, profesional y completamente recomendable.

Desafortunadamente tuvimos que hospitalizar a nuestra perrita el día anterior del viaje y se encontraba muy enferma cuando se las dimos a PPT. Naturalmente, su mamá y yo estábamos extremadamente preocupados.

Desde el primer día con PPT, Mari Carmen cuidó a gola como si fuera su propia perrita. Le dió su comida gastrointestinal, sus probióticos y sus pastillas al pie de la letra. Nos mandaban fotos diarias (excepto el find de semana) para que pudieramos ver a Gola.

Al viajar, siguieron cuidando a Gola y nos entregaron una perrita feliz.

Les entregamos una perrita muy enferma, y apesar de estar en un hotel de perros por varios días y un viaje en coche de Madrid a Inglaterra, nos devolvieron una perrita saludable, bien cuidada y lo mas importante, feliz.

No podríamos estar mas agradecidos. Muchas gracias!!
