Amazing experience
My second experience with Jon. The personal touch and the safe space he creates for you to proceed with a car is one reason why I go back. Great guy.
I Part exchanged my car with a new one. And it was changed over and sorted within 10 days which was a very quick turn around. He helped me through all the steps and ensured I had a great experience.

Fantastic service - buying a car!
I recently purchased a car from Premluxe Cars, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, Jon Miles made the process smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles, answered all of my questions, and guided me through the options that suited my needs and budget.
What stood out most was Jon's professionalism and honesty. The entire process felt very transparent, which is rare in the car-buying experience.
The car itself has been fantastic—exactly as promised, Jon went the extra mile to Black out my Wheels and grill. I left feeling like I got great value for my money!
I highly recommend Premluxe Cars and Jon Miles to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealership with top-notch customer service. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases!

John is patient, knowledgeable and thorough. John provides a service that you know you can rely on and really listens to your needs when choosing your new vehicle. He does his best to find a great price for you and keeps you updated every step of the way. I had to find a new car in a short space of time and this was no trouble at all! A new car delivered to my door with bottle of fizz to celebrate (it's all the little details that go the extra mile). This is my second vehicle purchased from John and I would like to say thank you for a really great, reliable service.

Extremely helpful and great experience all around
John made the experience so easy following difficulty with another company as I was trying to source my car. The team were extremely responsive and even managed to find me great deal meaning that money was saved!! I would highly recommend using these guys.

Jon and George were great. I was reluctant at first but felt very confident that I was getting a good car at a fair price and that I wouldn’t be left on my own if anything went wrong. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Amazing Service
Buying my first car after passing my test was made so easy . From recommending a car, to arranging finance, to delivery was seamless and professional. On delivery I was surprised to receive a bouquet of flowers and sparkling wine. I would absolutely recommend Premluxe motors .When looking for my next car will be coming back as a repeat customer.

Amazing service!
The service I had was amazing from start to finish was faultless. I had constant communication and was kept updated daily on the progress of my car. I dealt with Jon directly who delivered the car to my house personally and was able to test drive to have all the features explained. Jon has been in touch following the sale to check I am happy and has been extremely helpful with any questions that I have had. This is my first time owning a Mercedes so I’m still getting used to it but Jon has been available to answer my questions any time of the day.
I also received a bottle of Prosecco with my new car which was a nice little add on. I would 100% recommend Premluxe Motors to anyone.

I recommend Premluxe Motors to anyone looking to purchase a car in the future
The service provided start to finish was faultless. Communication excellent, I was kept updated daily on the progress of tying up all the paperwork etc. Everything was dealt with by Jon and Josh. My current finance had to be paid off and this was done promptly. My new log book came through within days. The car was delivered to my house personally and all the features explained to me. All I had to do was tax and insure the car. Both Jon and Josh have contacted me following the sale to check I am happy with my purchase and if I have any problems to let them know. Lovely little personal touch of a bottle of wine was received on delivery of my car! I would recommend Premluxe Motors 100%.
