Informative, some results same day.. friendly service.. only negative I have is not having a someone talking to me during mri to help keep me calm especially knowing beforehand my fears.. and not being informed prior to arriving that I would need to remove pain relief patch.. travelling back home afterward is a 4 hr journey so not having adequate pain relief was a disaster

I have been using the service for 6 years find them very helpful. I’m very proficient. Very clean doctors are very helpful now you get your results on the same day it’s excellent service.

The whole Prescan experience was really great. The staff and doctors were very professional and lovely. I had the most expensive package which to my mind was well worth the money . The radiologist took me through my scans the same day. The doctor rang me a few days later to go through everything with me and answered any queries that I had.

Very easy to navigate the website. The experience was very straightforward. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly but professional. The follow up was efficient.
Would recommend the service to anyone that is looking for a full health check.

I had a medical at pre-scan in London and I was met by a lovely lady called Margaret. I was made to feel comfortable and it was a real professional set up. The best thing about this service was Dr Khan he is a legend. He is a straight talking no nonsense Doctor with a great sense of humour. If I could have one wish in the world I wish that all GPs will be like this. I think he’s a bit more than a GP he knows people really, and he has great bedside manner. I have sincerely recommended him since to several of my friends.
