Great job and very professional service

Everyone i met was extremely helpful and put me at ease and all processes were carried out very quickly with full explanations as i went through them. From booking the appointment to receiving a summary explanation after my scan and then meeting Dr Khan was a simple as i could of wished for.

Extremely efficient from start to finish. Great facilities at the clinic, with excellent staff that explained the procedures thoroughly. Backed up by a great radiographer and GP that then report on the findings and interpretations. Very happy with the service and have recommended to friends/family already.

The scanner is amongst the best available and produces clear and accurate images. This is why I selected Pre-scan. The post scan review and follow up report were good, as I expected, with some sound recommendations from the Dr interpreting the images.
What lets the operation down is timeliness, which has a knock on effect on confidence. I was requested to attend 15 mins prior to my appointment time to complete paperwork. Whilst I did this, the pre review with a Dr did not start for another hour. This meant the £30 I had spent on taxi's to arrive in time was wasted. Similarly, the office administrator arranged a follow up call for a specific timeslot, allowing an hour for flexibility of their Dr. This call didn't happen at the allotted time either meaning I had to juggle my personal appointments around for no reason.
In a nutshell, provided you are not under any time pressure, the equipment investment in the scanner admirably supports the clinicians. Just don't expect things to run on time as you may expect from private health.

By far the best money I have ever spent. The staff were professional and thorough. One of the must do's when you reach a certain age. It gives peace of mind (or indeed answers a lot of questions) as in my case.

Very professional, possibly saved my life!

My wife and l attended for consecutive Full Body MRI scans. This examination was conducted with care, efficiency and full explanation, similar to the friendly considerate service from Lisette and Margaret during the booking, reception and after care assistance. The immediate radiologist consultation was short lived, possibly due to the indisposition of Dr Khan that day, causing workload pressures. Our extended CT Heart Scans and Full Blood Tests at separate nearby clinics proved more hurried and pressured to attend.To ease this compacted itinerary in one afternoon for a couple known to be of a certain age, then l suggest the overall programme allows for more time, or staging between appointments, with improved directions to reach each clinic. The Report of findings, MRI Health Portal, CT Scan and blood test results, coupled with the follow up telephone conversation with Dr Kahn have all proved invaluable in our resultant doctor consultations.
I am pleased to recommend the Prescan health check service and have already done so, i.e. to TW of Taunton, who l understand has positively researched on line.

The pre-scan service is pretty good but let down by attention to detail. The MRI scan results were not compared to previous years, certainly the chap who took us through early observations of the scan was not aware I'd been 3 or 4 years previously. It is slightly irksome that the scan and tests performed in different places give you results separately, but no big deal. Things took an age, no problem but it would have been helpful to have known to block out 5 hours rather than 2. The staff were all super helpful and kind so no complaints on that score. A one-stop web service to access all the results would be helpful in the future.

I have used Prescan twice now and find the service very seamless and efficient. It’s well organised and delivers exactly what is expected. The doctor and radiologist in particular were very friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend them.

PreScan is extremely well worth doing, not least for peace of mind. This time the MRI picked up a benign tumour which can turn malignant, because it’s been picked up so early I can have it treated & know it’s 100% finished.

Sadly my day was impacted by a staff member contracting COVID and this was somewhat of a run around, we got there in the end and follow up was in comprehensively delivered and I was clear.
