I had been thinking about having a full body health check for a while; an internet search produced a number of companies, but Prescan had the best reviews, so I booked with them. I had the Body Scan Excellent.
My experience with Prescan on the day was extremely good, the staff were welcoming, efficient, and very professional, at every stage; prior to the MRI scan, I a very detailed consultation with a very senior and experienced specialist for over an hour. The MRI scan itself was also over an hour, as was the post scan consultation with a Senior Radiologist who went over every aspect of the scan and answered every question I had. After this I was sent to a specialist scanning unit for a heart CT scan.
Within a few days I was emailed copies of all the scans and findings.

One week later I had another (telephone) consultation with the senior doctor, who went through every aspect of the results of the scans, again answering every question I had without making me feel foolish.

On the day, I spent just over 4 hours at Prescan, and was very well looked after while I was there. I am very glad I decided to go with them, and consider every penny was well spent.

I cannot sing their praises to highly, and would recommend them without hesitation.

I went for the full body scan package, and the team was extremely professional and friendly from start to finish, which really helped put me at ease as it was my first experience. Dr Kahn was also extremely thorough and gave very concise and helpful advice during the consultation. I would gladly recommend Prescan to friends and family.

Nice premises, modern equipment, helpful staff

The booking process was excellent. Everything was explained clearly to me in a friendly manner......it was as if we were old friends.
At my appointment every thing was very professional but also friendly and personal.
I cannot fault anyone or praise any one person more than another....the whole Team were excellent.
The follow up call was on time and again everything was explained to me in a language that I could understand.....no complicated medical gargon. I would encourage anyone to make use of the excellent service. Thank you everyone.

I found the whole experience very professional, well organised and super efficient. Everyone involved in the process from booking to scans where informative and reassuring. The hour in the MRI scan was challenging from a personal perspective but made bearable by constant reassurance from the person carrying out the procedure. I would definitively recommend the services of Prescan to anyone looking for this type of precautionary examination. 5 stars all the way based on my experience.

Met by courteous friendly staff throughout the day who explained in good detail about the procedures and reports.
Really glad to have done this screening. It’s a wake up call to start making better life style choices to prevent debilitating diseases.

A very professional service from start to finish.

Just had an MRI & blood tests with Prescan in their new site. Excellent service from start to finish. I have had a Prescan before at their previous site and this was definitely a quicker and more professional experience overall. Initial results from the MRI from the doctor within 10 mins. Full results sent within 5 days with a good call to explain everything - nothing rushed.
I feel confident to repeating this again in 2-3 years. I would highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience. The whole process was seamless from start to finish, amazing team of staff and a great consultation and feedback from Dr Khan.

Dissapointed that the diagnosis changed I was happy with cerebrovascular disease!

Now it’s a nothing diagnosis which makes it a bit of a waste of money
