You said your scans do exactly what they are meant to do. So are your scans meant to miss potentially fatal conditions or are they supposed to detect them early? You claim you detect dangerous conditions early. Your scans failed to pick up the large bilateral blood clots on my lungs despite your state of the art test and equipment.
You charged me £2600 for these test including on the lungs. You paid me a partial refund because you were fully aware that your service for detecting a major life threatening problem like mine had failed miserably and you wanted to address your failure. I feel you got off lightly. You should have refunded the full amount. If there are things you cannot detect, you should be much more transparent about this prior to giving the service not after as you did when giving the inaccurate result.
Please do not try to defend your companies failure. Your partial refund proves you're liable position in this case. The follow up you claim that I received consisted of the doctor giving results of tests taken, that wrongly interpreted the results of my health condition and him also explaining why the equipment could not pick up the gravity of my condition once he was told I was in hospital in a critical condition that they had missed.
The communication I received following my tests and results from you were received after persistent request from my daughter (not in the speed your service advertises). I received these while I was urgently admitted to hospital (after 3 days of consulting you with shortness of breath and receiving ample expensive tests in your establishment where you claim to detect dangerous health problems ). Your hospital analysis/results did not indicate anything remotely similar to the potentially fatal concerns observed by the NHS hospital I was urgently forced to visit. Your service was not given with due skill and care. Your partial refund of £250 only gives me a case for further action.

After much deliberation and DD I recently booked an MRI with Prescan at Medneo in London. When comparing, the reviews seemed the most positive, I preferred the type of venue to those offered by most others, the location was easy to get to and there were cafes very close by. Appointment was arranged with little delay though very early in the morning, but shortly after I was offered the chance for one later in the day due to a cancellation and took that. Email and phone comms were very good. Everything was clean and efficient at Medneo, though having a switch in the changing rooms with an indicator on their side to indicate when ready would be better than tapping on the door, as while waiting you can't be sure if anyone has heard the knock and wondering whether to knock again etc. Consult before the scan and afterwards was good. Prescan documentation had some typos and inconsistencies that could benefit from a review, but nothing major. Some reviewers comment about excessive waiting at Medneo; I had a wait too but not unbearably so, and as it could be because someone else was getting seen thoroughly and not rushed out to meet a schedule, it's not something anyone should really complain about and might even be a good sign. The final report and images were available quickly and securely, and 3rd parties can easily be given access without problems of viewing that some services receive complaints about. If the service offered is appropriate for an individual's circumstances then I would definitely recommend.

Prescan scans are an absolute waste of your money. I thought that by paying the cost of examination of my full body, I would have the maximum health examination coverage that could detect imminent health problems (I was experiencing shortness of breath that worried me). I paid for scans of my full body, including heart lungs and other vital organs, lab tests (blood tests) were also conducted not showing the severity of my condition. The company and tests missed my fatal health concerns that they claimed to be testing. I underwent MRI's and other vital scans of my body but nearly died the following week. In the end when I was severely out of breath, (the reason I was seeking their help in the first place) and paid nearly up to £3000 for their help, I had to go to NHS A&E for them to tell me that if I waited another day, I would have died.
While this company may mean well, my case proves they charge a lot of money but do not have the equipment or acuity to diagnose (accurately), real problems sufficiently (fatal conditions that could kill you in a second with no warning). They boast that their equipment is specific, but their equipment misidentifies small body issues that can be fatal. They gave me an assessment of my problems that showed no identification of the acute situation I was in. They also disclaim the identification of smaller maladies, misdiagnosing my lung problems. Mine was not small but they still missed it. Paying large sums of money does not guarantee you will receive the best care. This company missed a potentially life-threatening disorder I had despite doing blood tests and using their state-of-the-art scanning machines. They were useless. If I did not go to the NHS which is free, I would be dead now!!!! Do not waste your money.

All of this is rubbish. After attending NHS A&E i found I had huge blood clots on both lungs which this clinic did not locate/pick up from their tests scans blood tests and was an instantly fatal condition if I did not receive the treatment as soon as I did.

I nearly died after having all these checks. The results were not given the same day either as described. after my tests a lab guy went through what he saw but did not flag up my life-threatening condition. I was already in hospital when I received their wrong analysis of my health condition. After I told them about their misdiagnosis, they offered a measly sum not reflecting what I paid for the treatment. Do not waste your money here please!

Was very efficient and all done in a timely manner

I highly recommend Prescan . The staff on arriving were excellent , especially Stephen . All of my appointments were on time and the specialists explained everything very clearly . I would definitely use Prescan again

A friend recommended Prescan and my husband and I were keen to have a general health check. We opted for the full MRI, labs and CT of the heart. It isn’t a cheap option but it gave us the peace of mind we were looking for. MRI results are instant and a call with the consultant a week later is booked to discuss the labs and answer questions. It will be something we will hopefully repeat in a couple of years. Highly recommend.

I’ve been very impressed with Prescan from the initial reception when I arrived to leaving Great Portland Street. Arrived and welcomed at reception and was then greeted by a coordinator who explained what was going to happen throughout the appointment. This eased my stress! Shortly afterwards I was called in to see Doctor Khan who was really friendly who checked urine, checked my BP and took my bloods. He covered all the questions I had with an easy to understand way.
Approximately half an hour later I had my MRI scan. This was conducted by two consultants/nurses in a highly efficient manner. A little later after the scan had been conducted a consultant radiologist went through my scans to give an initial assessment (in depth written report follows a few days later). A great weight lifted off me as there were no serious issues. Worth the investment. Highly recommended!

Went back and forth on my decision to go to prescan but so glad I went and what a great experience. Dr Khan was brilliant, got better advice from him than I have from any other Doctor EVER. Id pay the amount I paid for the scan just to see him as a Doctor! The scan gave me peace of mind knowing there is nothing seriously wrong with me which is the best feeling.
