Was interested in a car via a post/advert I had seen. Mentioned I was a cash buyer and wanted to see and test drive the vehicle. Called to enquire and made an appointment. Once I arrived I was told to sit in the waiting area. After 30min I hadn't even seen the sales person I made the appointment with, or offered some water/drink. Waited another 20min and still hadn't seen anyone. Customer service is ridiculous

I had a great experience buying my most recent car through Prestige Cars. There were some initial gaps in communication following our first meeting, particularly around the Service Packages and Admin Fees, but these were quickly resolved through follow-up emails and phone calls.
