Last year, my friend from Nigeria used this company to send me a birthday present, and everything went perfectly. Because of that, he decided to use them again this year to surprise me with a beautiful hamper worth over £90.

They even asked for my phone number in case there were any delivery issues — yet when the courier supposedly found the address “incorrect,” no one called or emailed me to confirm the flat number. The address was correct; only the flat number was missing. A simple call would have solved everything.

Instead, they marked the order as failed and refused to resend the gift or issue a refund. They only offered a £15 voucher — which is not only unfair but also deeply insensitive considering the circumstances.

This was meant to bring me a little joy during an emotional time since losing my son. Instead, it brought embarrassment, sadness, and disappointment.

It’s clear this company cares more about policies and money than people or compassion. I truly hope they reflect on how they treat customers and understand that sometimes, a small act of kindness makes all the difference.

Dreadful experience, being fobbed off by customer services, told to wait & see if it arrives - a surprise birthday gift. Ordered back in September. Guess what it didn’t arrive & they don’t know when it will. The flowers will be in some state. They just hide behind the terms & conditions:
‘Please note that deliveries to certain areas, like Scotland, Northern Ireland, and other remote regions such as Jersey, sometimes take a little longer than usual, as explained in our terms and conditions.’
Customer services seem to have a copy & paste script & avoid questions. You get your delivery charge refunded if not delivered within 3 working days. As my delivery date was a Saturday, the flowers will be wilted, but that is tough look - should have read the T&C’s. Also the tracking link I eventually got states awaiting item. I wanted to do something nice for my friends special birthday & now she thinks I sent her nothing, so disappointing. So I can’t recommend using this company, unless you live in close proximity to them.

Purchasing the perfect family gift from another continent isn’t easy, and forget the difficulties of shipping! This is the perfect solution, and was loved last year by the family. I’m starting a tradition now as this is year two of forever.

I needed a delivery the next day ( on a Saturday too) and they did it ! To the stage door of a theatre, which is tricky . Apparently the truffles were delicious. A job well done . I would use them again .

I live in Australia and wanted to send 2 hampers to 2 different friends in the UK so the site was exactly what I need.
It was a very easy site to use and and had a lot of detail. Finding the UK addresses was very easy to find as well.
I will be using this site in the future if I need to send more hampers. Thanks for the great site

I used your website on my cellphone. It wasn't really cellphone friendly. Was able to get everything done, but wasn't easy.
When I pick an item, it allowed me to send the item to more than 1 person quite easily. However, it wasn't easy to add another item for the one person. It would be nice if after selecting an item for the cart, that it had an easy button to continue shopping before having to go to cart.
It might have been easier to have ordered on my computer instead of cellphone, but my laptop is not working.
