I have received the wrong item on June 16th 2026.Since then i have been emailing and calling to get the issue resolved and i have been jerked around.no response on the phone and now told to contact a different email. Don't order from here.

If I could give this company zero Stars I would I will actually give it a negative five. I ordered a waist trainer from them and I picked the waist trainer based on the size on their company's chart. But when I received it it was totally different sizing chart on the package which had me believe that I was gas-lit it by them to make me feel like I needed a different size. I reached out to the company asking for an exchange they were in communication and then all of a sudden they stop communicating with me. I even reached out to the BBB and they were no help at all. please don't order from this website you're better off finding a business that has Colombian waist trainer and fajas so you can actually be fitted correctly. I only order from their company after seeing their great reviews but I feel like they were misleading or made up by a fake person now. And ey make it seem like they're very helpful and I help you with a exchange. But in reality they will gaslight you and then cut off all Communications. They make it seem like their website was so accurate and when it wasn't. It's a simple correction of the size they could have helped me with I reached out to them I have screenshots of the communicating with them. I was okay with sending a back and exchanging it and once. I asked how can I send it back all communication stopped. They need to work on their business ethics. I work in customers service and understand sometimes people try to send that used items my item was not used and I followed the proper channels to return it. My roduct was filling good condition never used tags attached original packaging but yet they didn't want to help me out that's a shame they need to do better

I placed an order for a faja on March 19, 2026, and the tracking status has remained “In Transit” for an extended period of time with no delivery update.

I have already:

Sent multiple emails
Reached out through Instagram (my message was seen but not answered)
Called the Pembroke Pines store and was advised to email customer service again

I would choose 0 stars if that were an option. I ordered a Small faja but received the item weeks later. When I tried to return the item for an in store credit, that's when I learned that this is not an honorable or good business . I would never shop here if I knew the typ of scam these people run. You can't even get ahold of a live representative and don't even bother returning an item because they are never at the place of business and you will throw your money down the toilet.

I have used Pretty girl Curves Waist trainers for probably 10yrs now. It's my go to. I've tried other brands and they just didn't work the same, or feel as comfortable!
I wear them during long 12hr work days with relative comfort. They are one of the only reasons I've gone from big flabby belly postpartum to having a pretty waistline back. I can't say how with it these have been, and typically wait and get a good sale.
My only negative note is quality maybe, in the most recent years I've noticed they rip. Like they'll last 6 months maybe a year and rip at a seem. I have to replace them more than I'd like. That's frustrating.
Overall I love these in my weight loss routine. Game changer!

They helped me with size and fitting , the faja they gave me snatched me up real good .

I ordered an item from this company on June 30th, 2025, and have not received my item. I have made orders in the past before with no problem, but this time I have had the most awful experience. On their site, they state that the package should be shipped 2-3 days after payment, so I waited patiently for them to send it. I received the confirmation and tracking number at I thought all was good. Until 1 week goes by and the USPS tracking site says that they are waiting for the shipment, which means they only made the tracking label and they have not even shipped my item. So I emailed them about this issue very professionally on July 10th (10 days mind you after my item should have been shipped), and I got this very short response on July 11th: "Hi it should be shipping today , tracking should update by the end of the day today "

So I waited 24hours and nothing. So I emailed again July 12th and got no reply. Then I followed up on the 15th and still no reply by email. At this point as you can guess, I've become beyond frustrated. So no I try to call. They have separated the numbers to their on-site stores and their online orders. I tried contacting them through the proper number for days and kept getting an automated recording and no one picks up. So in the end, I wind up calling the store and someone advises me to reach out to them via their WhatsApp, and that's what I do.

I messaged them kindly again on the 18th of July, reminding them who I was and what my concern is regarding my package. I got an automated response at first with them telling me their business hours. So once their business hours came up I messaged again on the 19th and got another short reply on the 19th: "Hi we are looking into your order"

I then supply them with screenshots of whats on my end and got no reply, however Whatsapp does let you know when the messages have been read. And still I wait, and nothing changes. So I message again on the 22nd and the 24th of July. At this point all I want is my money back and they refuse to respond. I even stopped getting advertisement emails to my main email which is very alarming to me. Like I've been blocked or removed somehow. I'm going through the process of trying to get my money back now and it's very frustrating. I have an open dispute going on now through Paypal and am awaiting my funds. What frustrates me most is that Paypal has to contact the seller and await a response. 1 day before the deadline for them to respond, someone on their end submits the tracking information to PayPal, so it seems like they have taken some action towards delivering my item, but that same packing label has been made for over a month, and nothing else. If they have the time to submit information to PayPal's claim, then they also have the time to either MAIL my ITEM or GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I would be less upset if I had proper professional communication. If there was accountability taken on their end. This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had to deal with. The company has gone so downhill from how it was and that is very sad.
