A great profesional experience, from start to finish, from reception team, i was treated by Becky Bailey, who talked me through the procedure, and OH what a difference she made, wax removal from my ears, i can now actually hear everything, i will be going back next year, but will be using their Mapperley branch when that opens shortly.

I went to Pride Hearing for wax removal and a very friendly and helpful young lady (Becky) examined my ears. My ears were actually clear, so no treatment was necessary. It cost me £25 which was very good value to know I did not need them syringing.

I was a little apprehensive about going at first, however the staff were all very friendly and professional throughout and after 20 minutes I couldn’t believe the relief and my hearing is fantastic again. Thank you.
