Rented out my home through Prime and had a great experience- communication was excellent and the team were professional and helpful throughout!

Absolutely shocking communication! Month after month of late rent payments that I was unaware of until noticing that the money wasn’t in my bank, I was constantly having to chase for updates as I was never kept in the loop. I then moved back into my property in June and nobody had been out to check it after tenants left and the cleaners hadn’t been in before i arrived, I was assured this would have all been sorted. I had to contact Becky myself and she was unaware at the time that nobody had been, they were sent while I was in the middle of moving my things in, not ideal. I am also still owed rent from June! I was told it would come out of tenants deposit as they hadn’t paid. I am still yet to receive this payment. I’ve tried chasing this up on several occasions through Becky, who for the last 2 weeks has completely ignored all my calls and messages. If you are looking to pay for a property management service for ease and a stress free way of renting out your property… do not use this one!

Dealt with Eoghan for moving into a property on short notice, he was great at every step of the process. Clear and responsive email communications, helped push my move date as quickly as could be managed, and got me into my new place the day I had to move out of my old one. Great service, and a credit to the company, I'd use him for every one of my moves if I could!

Prime Residential Property - A Year of Stress, Frustration, and Silence

I’ve been trapped in a nightmare with Prime Residential Property for over a year, and it's been utterly exhausting. Every month, I wait anxiously for the payment that never arrives on time. I’ve lost count of the endless emails, calls, and texts I’ve sent, desperately trying to get in touch with them. But it’s like shouting into a void—the business owners are completely unresponsive.

Imagine the stress of having to chase down your own money month after month, with no explanations, no apologies, and no support. I’ve been left feeling helpless and frustrated, like I’m being taken advantage of. It feels like they’re running a scam, and I’m just one of the many victims.

If you value your peace of mind, please, avoid Prime Residential Property. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Save yourself from the stress and find an agency that actually cares about its clients and you can trust

It's been a nightmare dealing with Safiyya from this agency. Lack of professionalism, rude, argumentative, and that's for being a 'trainee manager'. Lack the skills to deal with clients.

Never rent/buy from her! Lingers issues/ Send 20 mails per day without resolving it, stuck with 4 months without working fridge, maggot in food. She is a disgrace to the agency.

I have been renting a property managed by Prime Residential for the past year, and I have to say that my experience has been exceptional. From the moment I first contacted them, the team has been nothing but professional and courteous. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry and scheduled a viewing promptly.

When you move in a rental property, the agency has to make sure the property is cleared, clean and everything is okay. This property seemed like someone was still living there. Plates and tea cups on dish drying rack, dirt on the carpet, light that is flickering and most of all, all the former occupier furniture was still there when it was agreed the house will be empty prior to the moving!! I don’t know if it is negligence, inexperience or unprofessionalism but this agency’s credibility is to be questioned!

Bad communication and very dishonest. A bunch of young people playing with people’s money during a cost of living crisis.

Terrible service. I would strongly advise anyone planning to work with this company to stay clear. I had a terrible experience with one of their employees. Their lack of professionalism and dishonesty about the property I was interested in has really left a sour taste. Also be aware of the reviews because one of the employees I collected keys from also left a good review here.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. The managing director was misleading and deceived us into taking a property.
The property was advertised as furnished and part furnished. We agreed with the managing director to have it unfurnished but on the day we went to collect the keys, he called to say there were only 2 things left in the property. However, everything (aside from a bed and rug) was still in there including plates and cutlery! He made various false promises that the furniture would be collected and over a week later still hasn’t. He even tried to get us to pay for the removal of the furniture ourselves! He is now saying that this wasn't agreed “in writing” and back tracking on conversations we’ve had. At this point we’re certain the landlord didn’t agree to remove the furniture in the beginning We’re currently homeless just before Christmas as we’re unable to move into the property. We’ve suffered financial loss and emotional distress and this has now impacted my work and mental health. As a therapist who works from home, I am unable to support my clients and have no clue about what the future holds.
We’re incredibly disappointed with this company and hope our experiences help others to avoid what we’ve experienced with this company.
