Primis PM Reviews 

I first spoke to Bex at Primis after a family member recommended the company to me, after they saw how long and how many issues we were having with our current management company. Bex got in touch with myself and other residents and organised a call where we could ask questions, going back and forth emailing and texting- nothing was too much trouble and it was wholly appreciated. We arranged a visit to our site where both Nick & Bex came. They really took their time, showed genuine care, listened to the residents, showed great attention to detail and overall brought a natural feeling of wanting to help us. It was a no brainer- myself along with other residents felt so strongly and positively about Primis. You can tell they want their best for their client and this shows through their operation and proposals. For example: using local companies, working with residents etc. Since then, despite not being officially switched yet (however in the process- hooray!) I can honestly say Nick has gone above and beyond in his quest to find answers to the many many questions I have. No query or job is too much, no matter the time or date- annual leave or not, Nick has been a constant and supportive leader, his team at Primis are just as great too. I can't wait till we officially switch and hopefully this is just the start of a great alliance.

We are a letting agent and we look after two flats in a building that Primis Manage, Bex is our contact and she's very efficient and helpful, she's always on hand to resolve any issues we have. I would highly recommend them as a company.

Primis Property Management took over the management of our building in Bridlington in January of this year.
We are now a few months into their management and we feel happy with the positive changes they have made. They sort out problems promptly and professionally and in a timely manner.

Problem arose regarding a rented flat that I own in a building managed by Primis. I was informed promptly about the issue and they also informed my letting agent who is on site and better able to deal with these matters than I am, this made a significant difference in the time taken to deal with the matter. The team at Primis a very professional throughout and dealt promptly with my concerns, bringing the matter to a satisfactory conclusion in the shortest possible time. There are certainly a massive improvement over the previous management company who ran the building, in fact the difference could not be more stark.

I would encourage others to take reviews with caution, as I believe some feedback may not fully reflect all customer experiences. I have personally shared my concerns, including evidence, but my review was removed and I was blocked from their social media after posting.

While I understand that moderation of online spaces is their choice, I will continue to share my experience and raise awareness of how tenants are treated.

#Transparency

I have worked with Primis, as the management agents of my complex, for many years now. I can honestly say that I am very happy with all the excellent staff there. I mainly deal with Bex and she is amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and with a ‘can do attitude’ with all the questions / issues I put her way.

She is also very patient and professional and even though, due to my own frustrations, I previously haven’t been nice, she has continued to support me selflessly. I truly appreciate everything she has done / does for me. Thank you so much 🙏🏼. I would 1000% recommend :)

Bex is incredible - any issue I’ve contacted her with (re drainage plumbing and pumps) she’s been extremely knowledgeable about, knew the right people to get the issue sorted within 1 day (when we ourselves were told to wait for 1 month) and liaised between us (homeowners) and the professionals to keep everyone abreast of everything. Very rare can-do / problem solving / genuinely curious about diagnosing and resolving issues mentality.

We were recommend Primis from a mutual client. We contacted them for advice on a property we were looking to buy that had grounds maintenance service charges in place, as we hadn’t come across this before. Primis broke down the legal jargon and made it understandable! We would now look to Primis to take over the service charges when that becomes an option.

I recently purchased an apartment in a building Primis currently manage. I called the office and my call was dealt with quickly and effectively.
The budget was explained to me, how often the services on site took place and I left the call feeling like they do care about their customers . Thank you everyone at Primis.

Nick and the team at Primis were dropped in at the deep end taking over the management of St Peters House in Doncaster as it had been mismanaged by a previous company who didn't have a clue how to run a company let alone a building. Nick has listened to us as Leaseholders and worked with the current Freeholder to rectify many issues with the building and finally we seem to be seeing light at the end of a very long tunnel, can't praise enough Nick and all the team at Primis, very professional and understanding.
