printfresh.com Reviews

Excellent customer service! And the eco satin pjs are my favorite ever. I am obsessed.

Printfresh has an amazing customer service team that I've contacted via messaging & responding through my email & now a new chat option (that's fairly recent) & saves all of your conversations. I've contacted them for help with returns & loyalty points- type situations & they do read your whole message & respond promptly with a solution. Printfresh is a fun place to shop for unique pj's, apparel, accessories & home decor. Also a great place for a unique gift for someone you love, even some of your pets! Just know that popular items sell out quickly! Sizing also varies per style & that's why I've had returns here. But a great place to shop nonetheless!

I've been shopping at Printfresh for several years. They have excellent quality products! I never knew I needed so many pairs of pajamas! I also have several cosmetic bags, a tote bag and beach blanket. Their products also make great gifts. I've had to reach out to customer service twice over the years. Both times they responded quickly and resolved the issue the same day.

They oversold some of the items I ordered and reached out to ask to pick a replacement. Within the day they had replaced my items and covered the cost of the difference. I already love their product quality and because of this experience I will be a forever customer!

I love these pajamas!!
The customer service is amazing which is really hard to find nowadays, Kudos to Sarah and Katie! it’s such a great company. I highly recommend you try a pair, you won’t regret it!!

Wonderful products! Lovely prints and great quality!

I can’t recommend them enough. They are friendly and efficient and if an issue arises, their customer service team will go above and beyond to resolve it in a timely manner.

Beautiful quality items with fun colorful unique prints. Katie offers incredible customer service. She makes shopping online with Printfresh enjoyable.

Love this company, love the quality, love the vibe. I've never been disappointed by the pajamas, and I'm always just so impressed by the fantastic customer service.

I bought pajamas at full price when my size restocked and they almost immediately went on significant sale ($50 off). I anticipated a hassle when I inquired about a refund or exchange and Printfresh responded immediately and refunded me $50 without question. It made my day.

I had an issue with price matching and they helped me with absolutely no issues! Super friendly and very responsive

I appreciate the great customer service that I’ve gotten when I’ve needed!

excellent customer service, phenomenal products. love printfresh!

Katie was so helpful! It was me that dropped the ball. I would still like to get credit for the pajamas I did not receive that was lost in transit. I will get in touch to see how to make that happen.

While there was an issue with the fabric quality of my order, customer service responded immediately to my email and resolved it to my satisfaction. They offered me a discount on my order because while they were wearable it wasn’t the high quality I was expecting and they also offered a discount on a future order. Very happy with the company and have already placed another order!

Always excellent, prompt, friendly customer service from every employee who's replied to my queries, no matter how big or small the issue. Personal and personable messaging from real live people who resolve the issue(s). No ifs, ands, or bots!

Very wonderful customer service. Great online shopping experience and easy to navigate website.

Printfresh always tries to make it right. The customer service is great. It was my go to higher end PJ company for personal and gifting. Please get sizing and quantity under control please!!! I would love to continue our purchasing relationship.

This company focuses on quality without compromising. And in today’s world, it’s hard to find a company that is sticking to quality without cutting corners. The fabric is nice, the prints are adorable, and the people are fantastic. This is why PrintFresh is successful. Because they care.

Excellent customer service completely resolved the issue I was asking about. The products are excellent and the service is extremely responsive and flexible.
