After visiting 2 stores, we already decided PRISM Monsoon washing machine. Awesome price for the almost the same functions with similar warranty offered by other brands.

They were also able to accommodate our delivery schedule. Installation and removal of old machine was hassle free.

I recently purchased and installed the PRISM+ Smart Lock Bundle. While I initially experienced some challenges with the installation scheduling and a minor issue after installation, I would like to commend the PRISM+ team for their excellent after-sales support and responsiveness.

The locks themselves are well-designed, solidly built, and look great on my door. After the installation, I encountered a technical issue that prevented the door from opening from the outside. Given that I was preparing to travel overseas for an extended period, this was understandably stressful.

However, the PRISM+ support team responded promptly, took my concerns seriously, and followed up quickly to ensure the issue was resolved.
What impressed me most was their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Although the installation process did not go as smoothly as expected, the after sales team was professional, attentive, and worked hard to address my concerns. Their fast response and willingness to help turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the product quality and especially with the customer service provided after the sale. Thank you to the PRISM+ support team for their dedication and speedy assistance. I would recommend PRISM+ to anyone looking for a reliable smart lock solution backed by a responsive support team.

Company makes cheap crappy white label products. Simply stick on their brand from low quality Chinese OEM manufacturers.

Of late, they are trying to change public perception by increasing their prices to match LG, Samsung, Hitachi but minus the reliability and quality.

The free gift door bell real time playback recording is late by 8 hours. Eg. Now I check the records only record until 8am today. Now is already 5pm ish.

Customer service product assistance is also not knowledgeable. Poor support assistance.

Installed a PrismPlus air conditioning system..after barely 3 months lt started leaking water from the ducting.
Upon checked by their technical team..found that the connections from one of the fan coil along the ducting had gave way due to poor workmanship during the installation..when the problem was identified and feedback to their technical/service dept, No response or any attempt to address this issue with us.
We had gone through stressful inconvenience due to the leakage. I realised now why there are so many bad reviews with their products and service but its too late as I am stupid to ignore them.

Firstly….
Prisms provide me a very good after sales service.
The had my iRobot change and follow-up promptly.
Second, the iRobot vacuum helps us (both of us is a senior citizen staying alone ) doing our cleaning….

Fast delivery & Installation of the Prism+ Pro ceiling fan. Surprised that it was so quiet and finally feel the cool breeze in regards with the humidity nowadays. Recommended!
