Additional units added to existing Kitchen
We recently purchased additional units from the Paula Rosa lancing showroom for our existing new build Paula Rosa kitchen. Karen was very helpful in deciding what to put in the space available. Customer services kept us updated on the delivery/scheduling. Clive was our selected fitter and he did a fantastic job fitting the units. The new units look as good as the existing ones and you wouldn’t know they had been added 3 years after the original install. We are delighted with the result and finally have more cupboard space. Many thanks to all those involved at Paula Rosa !!

Clive has just returned to finish our Paula Rosa manhattan kitchen alterations, and i must say how pleased my wife and i are with our new kitchen. Being a retired aircraft engineer, i could really appreciate his attention to detail and professional approach. It is so refreshing to find someone who really cares about doing a good. Clive informed me of his arrival time the night before and arrived on time, despite having a four hour journey. Everything was spotlessly clean afterwards, and all done with a laugh and a smile. Brilliant job Clive, well done.

We had the lovely Kieran fit our additional kitchen cupboards this morning. He did a fantastic job. Was extremely friendly and courteous. Arrived on time and kept his workspace very clean, also cleaning all the areas where he had worked afterwards. The cupboards themselves look great. I couldn’t recommend PRM enough. Good quality units and fantastic customer service! 10/10!

Thanks Clive! Top bloke!
We just had Clive (service fitter from Somerset) head over to help with our snags in our new build. Top bloke, really friendly and professional, and went above and beyond to get our kitchen up to scratch. He also showed us some tricks on how to re-adjust the height on the shelves (without that demo, we'd probably end up unscrewing the entire door and making a mess!).

Kevin popped over to remedy a few issues with the prior dishwasher installation. He was super polite, helpful and accommodating - especially as I am based on the 7th floor and the lift was put of service.

Five stars support
We had a problem with our washing machine leaking from behind.
Kevin came around and quickly fixed the problem. He then proceeded to do several cycles of "rinse and drain" with the machine to make sure that everything was working well. Even when he placed it back in the cabinet, he noticed that the machine was not filling up as fast as it should and he removed it again and made sure the pipes were not bent when going in. Thank you for your good work.

Great communication, excellent engineer!
We had several problems with our builder in relation to our kitchen but we can’t recommend Paula Rosa enough. From the moment they took control of the project the work has been great. Kevin the engineer has been excellent and Jay has kept us updated on plans moving forward with work. Thank you everyone!

Initial poor customer service but has been rectified
The whole process of purchasing additional units has been difficult and frustrating. Initial customer service left a lot to be desired which was disappointing. The fitter that has attended my property was friendly and informative but once you are referred to customer services this is when the battle begins.
Since writing my original review I have been contacted by after sales and to their credit they have apologised and rectified the issues but it should not have come to this.
