Clive did an amazing job of fixing a few snags in my kitchen. He was attentive, professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He kept the place clean and tidy and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. He was even kind enough to offer me advice about looking after my kitchen units / surfaces / taps. He is a highly skilled, professional individual and an asset to PRM. Thank you Clive for the excellent work.

Kevin was really helpful and very…
Kevin was really helpful and very efficient. He was able to sort out all of the issues that we had regarding our draws in the kitchen and demonstrated what he had done once he was finished! He worked independently while I was able to get ok with working from home and left the area of the kitchen he was working in clean and tidy.

Great job !
Kevin and George fitted our replacement worktop today. Very pleased with the finish and their professionalism. Kitchen looks great. Everything left clean and tidy, inluding the driveway which was used for cutting. No hesitation in recommending their services.

Clive went above and beyond for us.
Clive went above and beyond for us.. he done all the work required and extra. Very friendly man. Talked us though every step and what bits he had done. Would recommend him over and over. Was very mindful to inform us off tools and when leaving the property due to having small kids. Like I said just an overall very friendly and professional man who got the job done. Thanks so much

Great service
We experienced a long standing problem with delamination of our doors but this has now been resolved and fitting carried by Kevin.
The service first class and he was excellent to deal with. . The property was built by Bellway Homes and were totally useless in trying to resolve my problem so my advice is don't buy a new house built by Bellway Homes . I recommend a 2nd hand home built by them would be OK as all the problems will have been resolved.

Fantastic job!
Kevin came to do some remedial work in our kitchen. He was very professional, polite and did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, took care and cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Kitchen worktop replacement
Both Kevin and George have been very professional from start to finish. Kevin has identified the issue with the worktop, took all the measurements required for the replacement and arranged a fitting date. Great communication throughout, punctual and very efficient with the replacement.

Loose oven now fixed
Clive from PRM came round as he was in the building next door and he came to fix the oven that was slightly loose on the left side and was coming out of the wall an inch or so. He was straight on it and was able to fix the issue within 10 minutes and now I can start using the oven again. He was also able to let me know about another kitchen issue I've got and gave me some very useful tips and advice which was very much appreciated. Thanks Clive

Would highly recommend Paula Rosa, we recently moved into a new build, we noticed a defect on our kitchen draw, Paula Rosa were quick and easy to contact, they arranged for a replacement draw to be sent out with one of they fitters in less than a week.
Martin came to fit our replacement draw and what a credit to your company, polite, courteous and nothing was to much trouble, he even straightened up a few of the doors while he was here 👍

Have just had a kitchen fitted through Paula Rosa and I am so pleased with it! The fitter Graham did an amazing job!! There were a couple of items had small chips but they were re ordered and replaced within a week!! Would defo recommend!! Excellent service
