Everything went well with our air conditioner repair.
But, the letter we received following the repair was kinda confusing! We were not really sure what it was supposed to mean and had to call the company to find out.
The letter made it sound like we owed more money or something. Kenny our repair man found out it was still under warranty and took care of it.
You could have skipped the denial letter!

Ahs is really going down heel they can or choose not to
They have really, really gone downhill. It seems like they never have any service providers to come out. I don't know what's going on, but I wish they would really get their stuff together, because I really, really liked American home shield. We've been with you guys for 20 years. And they said, we only been with them 4 2.So I don't know how that works either
