it was fine. I was unable to complete the transaction on line and had to call but it was otherwise fine.
Service and time matters
Service was good. If you set a timeframe from 10 AM to 2 PM and I run in late, it would be nice to give a courtesy call. So the customer, with no, if they have time to do something else.
Contractor was a scam
Contractor was a scam. You called me to do a free service with the warranty company and then the contractor broke the AC unit and wouldn't fix it. I had to ask a different company to come clean up their mess. No one wants to help. It's everyone else's fault. When I asked company to help they got defensive and told me it wasn't their cleaning that broke it and they recommended I buy a new AC. The other company said when he was cleaning it he miswired the capacitor and the Freon was low after the contractor said it was perfect.

Absolutely terrible and unreliable service. I work for Farmers Insurance, and they are a vendor for the installation of Flo by Moen and I refuse to use them because it's such a terrible experience!

Obviously my unit was low on Freon because 2 days after they came out and stated everything was fine, the unit stopped cooling. I even asked the technician specifically if the Freon level looked good and he said it did. Now I have to make another appointment and pay a fee for someone to come out again. Very disappointing.
