Such a well run great company, everything is done so professionally and their systems they use are spot on. Treat with so much respect and dignity through a nerve wracking process.

I couldn’t recommend more! The whole process from filling out forms to my actual assessment was so accessible and less daunting than I thought. It was also a fairly quick process and saved me from waiting years for a diagnosis. My assessment was with Anna who was so kind, explained everything perfectly and made the whole thing as comfortable as possible! I’m also finding the resources shared with me after my assessment to be super helpful and interesting!

I had a really positive experience with ProblemShared throughout my ADHD assessment and diagnosis. The process was clear and well organised, and I really appreciated receiving reminders to complete the forms, as this made everything much easier to keep on top of.

Tafi, who carried out my assessment and diagnosed me, was lovely and reassuring throughout the whole process. She made me feel comfortable, listened carefully and explained things clearly, which made what could have been quite an overwhelming experience feel much less stressful.

Overall, I felt supported throughout the process and would definitely recommend ProblemShared to anyone considering an ADHD assessment.

I'm celebrating that my tism has been officially identified by Problem Shared. My experience of PS has been excellent on all counts.

Clear communication from the outset, well-constructed questionairre, a website that actually works, and plenty of appointment reminders before the assessment day. I was both amazed and impressed that my assessor read my 21,567 word questionairre doc, rather than just skim reading for keywords.

Both my assessors were kind, open, did not interrupt me, and were truly neuro-affirming. I was unprepared for feeling so liberated afterwards. I thought I'd feel neutral, but no - excited and relieved instead.

Brilliant, supportive and surprisingly quick (8-months). Hats off to Michael and Jane my assessors. And, lots of aftercare in the form of emailed info/help-packages.

I needed a breakthrough, and thankfully have received one, thanks to PS.

They were amazing managed to help me get Diagnosis for ADHD despite not having anyone with details about my childhood apart from myself. Not long wait times compared to everywhere else

The process from the very beginning has been amazing only took 4 weeks from referral to assessment date. The portal was very easy to use clear and concise and response time was great in between contact and was always followed through . I had a lovely lady called Siobhan. I felt so at ease ,it was just a relaxed ,general conversation of my life and how I was during childhood and adulthood.i never felt pressured she offered breaks if I needed to. In the end I was diagnosed with combined adhd and now have post support including pyscoeducation sessions as well as now on the list for medication which I’m to hear from in the new year . I couldn’t be more grateful and a huge thank you to problem shared and now at the start of my ADHD journey . Highly recommend!

Communication from start to finish was excellent. Jenny who did my assessment was absolutely lovely and listened really well to me. I was extremely happy with this company.

3 months after self-discharging they hit me with an invoice for £1,060 for fees dating back 2 YEARS that weren't charged at the time due to a technical issue on their end. I was not made aware of these payments, nor would not have stuck with them for as long as I did had I known! The company have confirmed that many AXA Healthcare patients are in the same situation. I have to dispute as I simply can't afford to pay that cost.

Mirroring what others have written here, my experience with Problem Shared was absolutely disorganised at every level. Impossible to get hold of people via email, hugely long waits for prescriptions leading to medication lapses, clinicians routinely late for meetings. I don't think I had a single month in which I didn't have to chase for medication.

I have no hope that they'll change as they clearly buy fake reviews and minimise anyone who tries to speak out against them. If you read this, avoid at all costs.

This company is an absolute scam. I went to Problem Shared via my work health insurance, AXA. As far as I was aware, everything was covered apart from the cost of the medication itself.

Now, 2 years later and after I've been discharged for 3 months, they're trying to send me an invoice back billing me for the last two years.

These costs were never mentioned to us, we were never informed about them. They have admitted full liability, stating that the issue is due to a fault with their system and they should have been charging us before each and every prescription and treatment review.

If we were informed of this upfront, we would have made different decisions and never gone down this route. Instead, I am now left with an over £1k bill to pay and no way to pay it. They admit fault but will do nothing to fix it.

And their service is terrible. Constantly prescribed to the wrong pharmacy. Prescriptions were always delayed for over a week. Appointments were constantly rescheduled and cancelled. Staff were useless and unhelpful. Horrid company, preying on those with ADHD. Do not use!!

Problem Shared were absolutely amazing with our daughter. The wait time was acceptable and it was all done in one day. They treated my child like she mattered. And us parents too. Very glad we choose Problem Shared for our daughters Autism assessment. Thank you to Philippa and Katie for making the whole process less daunting.

Great experience and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Our daughter has had her struggles throughout the years and she responded really well to the assessments and we got the result on the same day which was fantastic, I’m so appreciative of their work.

Have to admit I was a bit nervous that it wouldn't be helpful or judged. The nurse was a joy really understanding and gave me a break in between. It's a very detailed assessment which made me feel a lot more better. Diagnosis was quick after all information was collected. Great service.

My daughter was diagnosed with Autism through Problem Shared. They were fantastic. I found the parent part very good, easy to talk to the gentleman, made me feel very relaxed. The lady who conducted my daughters assessment was very calm and put my daughter at ease. First class treatment highly recommended
