Very happy with the experience I had with ProblemShared. The ladies interviewing myself and partner were very kind, patient and listened very carefully. I have now had my report through and it is very thorough. The staff were so supportive and helpful. They were so patient and caring with my son. We had to rebook as he wouldn’t engage the first time and this was very upsetting, they talked us through it and we were rebooked for the following month. The service was fantastic from all staff and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I was referred to Problem Shared through my AXA health insurance for an adult ADHD assessment, and I'm really glad I was. From triage through to the full assessment, the process felt thorough and properly evidence-based: a structured clinical interview, questionnaires from family members who've known me since childhood, and a detailed look at my developmental history. As a woman in my 40s who has spent a lifetime masking, I appreciated that it went well beyond a quick checklist.

I received a diagnosis of combined ADHD, which has honestly been a huge relief and has helped so much of my life make sense. I'm now on the waiting list for the medication pathway (around 12 weeks, though I've been told it could be sooner), and the paperwork for that was straightforward.

One tip for others: check your own GP's position on shared care early, as many surgeries won't take over prescribing after a private diagnosis. That isn't something Problem Shared controls, but it's worth knowing before you start.

Would recommend to anyone considering a private adult assessment.

I had my assessment with jade, we started the assessment by talking about hobbies and I was really nervous at first but this made me feel so much more relaxed. Jade was really easy to talk to, patient and understanding throughout the session. I can’t recommend problem shared enough and they helped me feel less alone in what I’m going through

Used this service for around 6 months. Rebooking medication review appointments is pointless as they failed to cancel mine twice. The last incident was the final straw as tried to cancel and rebook 48hrs prior to the appointment due to work commitments. Unable to communicate with anyone and ended up having to go through withdrawal whilst on holiday which was nice. No apology, no acknowledgment just a “we’ve had issues with our operations team”. Given up and moved on.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish - initial assessment all the way through to the Education Navigator. Caring and expert professionals who took the time to get to know our daughter, us as a family, her school, and situation. We feel very lucky to have used ProblemShared and would thoroughly recommend them to others.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The ladies that dealt with the assessment were incredible. Very good at their jobs. They were so warm and lovely and made us all feel very comfortable. Referred to Problem Shared through the right to choose pathway for my daughter’s Autism assessment. About a 7 month wait which is much better than the NHS waiting list and, unlike the NHS assessors, they actually listen to a parent’s point of view. I have been trying to get her assessed for 6 years with very little support from the school and now we finally feel heard and my daughter feels happy to get validation. Communication was great with lora of reminders for appointments. Our assessors were very friendly, supportive and professional. Recommend all round.

We found problem shared absolute amazing all from the start to the communication, the people that I have spoken to on the phone all through to the assessment. I found everyone to be so nice and helpful. When we had the assessment the professionals put us at ease completely. Because my parent part was quite long they offered a little comfort break in between which i was thankful for. My daughters part of the assessment the professional put my daughter at ease they picked up on loads while of little quirks while she was on teams call. I was very happy with receiving the outcome the same day as the assessments so we were not waiting long for the results and bonus we recieved the report the next day. I woukd definitely recommend
