At this point, we feel let down by the lack of accountability and unwillingness to stand behind the product or offer a refund. We believe in transparency and want others to be aware before making a similar investment.

Defective Printer + Endless Support Loop – No Resolution
I purchased a Procolored K13 printer and have had ongoing issues from the beginning.
I have been working with Procolored support on this issue since August 2025, and the printer is still not resolved.
The printer has multiple problems:
Severe print defects (ghosting, double images, distorted output)
Ink spitting and inconsistent printing
Physical damage to the frame upon arrival
I have worked with Procolored support extensively:
Multiple online chat sessions
Provided photos, videos, and detailed documentation
Followed all troubleshooting steps
Instead of resolving the issue, they repeatedly:
Redirect me back to online chat
Send replacement parts without addressing the root problem
Avoid approving a full inspection or replacement
At one point, they acknowledged the need for part replacement under warranty, but the printer still does not function properly after continued support efforts.
This has been a continuous back-and-forth with no real resolution.
At this stage, I requested to take the printer to their authorized technician for an in-person inspection (which is within driving distance), but they continue to push remote troubleshooting instead.
This has resulted in significant time lost and a machine that is still not usable.
If you are considering this printer for business use, be aware that support may not lead to an actual resolution if something goes wrong.

Title: Spent $8,000 and Regret Every Penny
I really wanted this to work. I bought the full Procolored bundle — F13 Pro printer, Sharker oven, heat press — straight from their website. Nearly $8,000. I was ready to build something with it.
The oven came damaged. The heat press can't apply even pressure and is too small for the work I need to do. The printer has been unreliable since day one — good print one morning, completely unusable the next. There's no rhyme or reason to it.
Within five months I'd already replaced both printheads — white and color — entirely on my own dime. Now I'm being told the white one needs to go again. Another $500. None of it is covered. At this price point, that's just not acceptable.
I haven't profited from this equipment. Between the downtime, the wasted material, and the repair bills, I'm in the hole. It feels like the whole business model is built around selling you parts for machines that aren't built to last.
Getting help has been its own frustration. The support portal is slow, responses are inconsistent, and a few reps have been flat-out dismissive. I asked to return everything and was turned down — they offered $100 as a goodwill gesture. On an $8,000 purchase.
Save yourself the trouble. The marketing doesn't reflect the reality of owning this equipment.
Biggest Regret of My Business Journey — Don't Do It
Honestly don't even know where to start. Dropped close to $8k on the Procolored F13 Pro bundle — printer, Sharker oven, heat press — and every single piece has been a problem.
The oven showed up banged up right out of the box. The heat press is way too small and can't get consistent pressure no matter what I do. And the printer? Absolute chaos. Some days it works okay, other days it just refuses to print anything usable. Zero consistency.
Five months in and I've already had to buy two full printhead replacements (white AND color) out of my own pocket. Now I'm being told the white head needs replacing AGAIN — another $500. Nothing is covered under any kind of warranty. For a bundle this expensive, that's just insane.
I've spent more money fixing this thing than I've made using it. Downtime alone has killed jobs and cost me customers.
Support is a joke. Takes forever to hear back, and when you do, it's a coin flip whether the rep is helpful or just rude. I asked for a return and got shot down — they offered me $100 off as a "solution." $100. On an $8,000 disaster.
If you're thinking about buying Procolored, please learn from my mistake. Look elsewhere.
$8,000 Mistake — Broken Equipment, Constant Part Replacements, Terrible Support
I purchased the Procolored F13 Pro DTF printer bundle directly through the Procolored website as part of an $8,000 investment that also included their Sharker oven and heat press. Every single product in this bundle has been a disappointment.
The Sharker oven arrived damaged. The heat press is undersized and does not apply adequate pressure for consistent results. And the F13 Pro printer has been a nightmare from day one — inconsistent print quality, constant downtime, and repeated hardware failures. One day you get a decent print, the next day the machine won't print at all.
In just five months, I have already had to replace both the white and color printheads entirely out of pocket, and I am now being told I need to replace the white printhead AGAIN at a cost of $500. None of this is covered. For an $8,000 bundle, this is absolutely unacceptable.
This company's business model seems designed to sell you a lifetime supply of expensive replacement parts for their unreliable machines. Instead of making money with this equipment, I have lost money — between downtime, failed prints, and constant repair costs.
The customer service through their portal is equally terrible. Response times are extremely slow, and the level of support depends entirely on who you get — some representatives are outright rude. When I requested a return, they refused and had the nerve to offer a $100 discount as resolution for all of these ongoing issues.
Do not let the marketing fool you. This is not a professional-grade investment — it is an expensive trap. I strongly urge anyone considering a Procolored purchase to look elsewhere and save yourself the money and the headache.

I purchased the Procolored K13-Lite DTF Printer in October 2025 for $2,599. I have a complete, documented paper trail of everything that followed — emails, transcripts, photographs, video recordings, and federal complaints. This is not a review. This is a warning.
The Printer Failed Immediately.
From the first days of use, the printer exhibited ink line clogs, white ink degradation, repeated F7 error failures, and unreliable color output. It has never operated reliably for its intended commercial purpose. Not once.
Their “Support” Made Things Worse.
Procolored’s remote technical support engineers connected directly to my personal computer under the guise of printer diagnostics. During one or more of those sessions, a Procolored engineer deliberately disabled security features on my computer — including antivirus protections — without my knowledge or consent. This had nothing to do with fixing a printer. I have this recorded on video. I have filed a formal complaint with the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3 Submission ID: f0ca0fcaf4aa4912a92ad8c22e36f106) citing potential violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1030 — the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act — and the Tennessee Computer Crimes Act.
Three Refund Demands. Three Refusals.
I formally demanded a full refund in December 2025, January 21, 2026, and January 25, 2026. Each time, Procolored refused — hiding behind Amazon’s 30-day return window while ignoring their own legal obligations as the manufacturer and seller of record under U.S. implied warranty and consumer protection law.
Their counteroffer? Ship the printer to their repair center at my expense, pay a $129 diagnostic fee, wait 4–6 weeks, and then pay return shipping — for a printer that was broken from day one.
They Defied Amazon’s Own Customer Service.
On February 16, 2026, Amazon’s Customer Service team directly contacted Procolored through the seller messaging system and explicitly requested a return with a prepaid shipping label. Procolored refused Amazon’s request the very next day — redirecting me back to their technical support center instead.
They Withheld Records.
When I formally requested complete communication records of every support session, Procolored sent a single partial chat log — in Mandarin. When pressed, they claimed their system was incapable of retrieving the rest. A company that cannot produce its own support records upon formal written request is a company with something to hide.
This Escalated to Federal and State Authorities.
Because Procolored refused every avenue of resolution, I have taken the following formal actions:
• FBI IC3 complaint filed March 12, 2026
• Formal escalation to Amazon Executive Customer Relations — appeal filed and active
• Dispute submitted to Affirm, Inc.
• Tennessee Attorney General Consumer Protection Division complaint in preparation
Amazon’s Executive Customer Relations is actively reviewing this case. I submitted a full formal escalation packet on March 10, 2026, followed by a documented follow-up on April 6, 2026, after eleven days of silence from the assigned representative.
I paid $2,599 for a printer that has never reliably worked.
If you are considering a Procolored printer purchase, ask yourself this: what happens if something goes wrong? Based on my experience, the answer is that you will be dismissed, stonewalled, have your computer’s security tampered with, and left holding the bill.
There are better DTF printer options. Research them thoroughly before you spend thousands of dollars you cannot recover.

I have spent over $4,000 on the K13 printer, and parts, only to have a machine I can’t even use. The machine will be a year old in May, and I have been able to use it successfully for maybe 4 months. The support has been a complete nightmare. Why? Because at the very minimum, you can plan to be online with them for 3+ hours. There were days that the time spent with support was 5-7 hours.
Warranty- Well the printer was in transit for a month before I received it. Warranty states, it is effective the day of shipment. So, take into consideration that time will eat into your VALUABLE warranty. Because of that, I had to pay for parts that would have been covered had the machine arrived in a timely manner. And now I am expected to pay for more additional, expensive parts just to make it function—parts that are necessary for it to work but supposedly aren’t covered by warranty.
Their warranty policy is insane: "any part that comes into contact with ink is excluded". Seriously? This is a printer—almost every functional component touches ink. The logic makes no sense and leaves the customer completely unprotected.
I have reached out multiple times, followed all instructions, and have worked with their support team, but now I keep getting the same circular responses. The printer remains useless, I’ve lost time and money, and I feel trapped in their runaround.
I have taken this machine apart and reassembled it multiple times, with no technical experience, no training, and without being paid—just to try to get it to function.
This wehole experience has been a frustrating, expensive, and completely avoidable experience. I would NOT recommend Procolored to anyone who expects a functional machine or fair customer service.

They never fix anything, and they never provide a replacement; all they say is, "Just wait—we’ll send you an email to arrange the exchange." Then, as time goes by, they end up doing absolutely nothing. Don't spend your money—don't throw it in the trash.

I have missed countless hours of trying to get help but nothing but circles of braindead conversation with over worked "engineers" I have never spent under 3 hours up to 8 with time suck conversations with these people. Save your money I promise it's a headache you don't want in your life. I'm mad at the influencers who get the machine for free and have "great" reviews. It's junk.

I love my machine, did a ton of research and liked what I saw with Procolored. Easy set up however the only thing I do not like is when it gets clogged and the lights flash you have to have customer service reset the machine. The reps are most helpful and knowledgeable about the machine which is helpful for me. I enjoy creating designs and watching my creativity come to life. I highly recommend this machine.
