Originally ordered in December. The machine took over 2 months to arrive. The machine worked well for 2 weeks then the machine stopped working. Sent us out some replacement parts and told us to fit them ourselves. When we told them we didn’t know how the basically said tough we’ve sent the parts out. We requested a refund which they denied and told us it was our fault it was broken. Customer services were rude and told us it’s not their problem. Trying to claim money back through the bank. Do not order from this company

8 month old DTF printer - Print head stops working after 4 months. Managed to get them to replace the print head but only with a purchase of something from their store, which i'm convinced i did not need. Again another 4 months later, the replacement print head stops working. I have spent over 5 hours with support how have told me to do this and do that but nothing fixes it. after 5 hours on chat, they needed a break and would close the chat with no solution. Support has been very unhelpful with long wait times between their scripted messages. Seems like they don't read what you're putting and just copy and paste script. They have refused to honour their 6 month warranty on print heads and have stated that the time it takes for them to clog varies from customer to customer, so must be a known issue with the heads. Customer service is awful and they really don't care once they get your money.

I agree with Olie on this matter. I also received the P13… First of all, the installation is unnecessarily complicated — for anyone without some technical knowledge, it’s a complete waste of time right from the start.

Once the installation is finally done, I’ve now spent two months wasting hours with the support technicians in the chat. They have you disassemble and reassemble random parts of the machine, thinking it will fix the issue — but we’re just going in circles. To this day, there’s still no solution: only about one out of four prints actually works, and then the same errors come back again.

I’m not asking for a refund, but for an actual solution — I just want the machine to work properly.
Be careful before investing in these machines — you’ve been warned.

I purchased the P13 DTF printer from Procoloured back in April, I was told this would arrive in June. 5 months later they sent my shipment, the original went 'missing' and another was sent.

This was completely faulty. I spent 2 days speaking to engineers trying to fix the fault it had arrived with, being passed from one person to another being asked to repeat the same processes. No resolution.

Despite arriving with a fault they said they would not accept a return as ink had been installed. It is a direct instruction from Procolored to install the ink, there is also no way of knowing if it works without doing so.

I was told i would receive an email from management this never came, I'm now going through my payment provider to receive my funds of nearly £5000 back.

Across social media the exact same problem is happening to numerous people and a facebook group has even been created regarding a lawsuit. Do not invested with this company, they will send your unusable machines and ignore you
