Had 2 great experiences while I was setting up for print I was stuck and didn’t know what to do. Eli helped me for over an hour. Not sure what time it was for him, but it was midnight for me. I really appreciated helping me out for so long and answering my questions and got me up and running. Today I had a good experience with Kurt, I was having issues with my print today stopping mid print. He helped me out and although I was my error, he was understanding and also sent over some supporting videos. I appreciate the excellent service you guys provide. Thanks again, I’m very grateful.

Kurt was such a great help. He was very attentive and walked me through each step carefully. He was also very patient and stayed connected until all my questions were answered. Amazing customer service!!

I had issue printing but it was fixed in no time after contacting the representative. Kyle is the best..

The printer was a little intimading but with the help of the tech it was very easy to set up. Everything worked as it should and the issues that came up were taken care immediately . The printer seems to be a quality peice of equipment.

Kurt was an AMAZING help today! Kurt was very patient with me as I am still new and still learning in the process, he has answered all my questions so I know what to do in the future. Thank you so much for guiding me on how to fix my errors

Kurt, our client service representative, was amazing. We had 3 in total, but Kurt was the most knowledgeable, quick to answer questions, and patient beyond belief. The other 2 representatives would leave us hanging for up to 20 minutes before responding with vague answers. Kurt helped walk me through everything that I needed to do to complete the set up and to print properly. He was most helpful with settings and requirements. Your company has a gem in this employee.
My user manual does not follow the steps for my model of dtf printer and there is no manual to put the heating oven together. Kurt sent me a link to that. The process was more difficult than it should have been but, Kurt made it a lot easier for me.

Kurt was extremely helpful and quick with getting my printer running again. He used teamviewer and took care of everything without me having to do a ton of extra steps! Thanks Kurt!

Fatima is a great customer service ! Print quality but some problem with the white ink.

I can't say enough about Fatima! I thought i may have messed up my printer, but Fatima was great in the instructions provided and walked me through everything. I was able to get my white ink out and print as normal. Fatima is top tier and I would really want to work with Fatima again if the opportunity presents itself.
