Communication about delivery was excellent. Iulian my driver rang half an hour before delivery and arrived promptly. He was courteous and friendly and installed our product with advice and took all packaging away. Thanks Iulian.

Very clear and consistent communication by text and email about delivery date and times for my tumble dryer, Julian called 30 mins before delivery, arrived on time, very helpful, unpackaged my tumble dryer and placed in situ, tested it worked. A very easy experience. Thank you Julian Murgulet for your help.

Sean from product care delivered our fridge today perfectly, up a set a stairs! Highly recommend, he did a fantastic job.

Lee G was lovely, he took good care of the product and made sure it was in the house safely

Great service from Rod and Mario who expertly negotiated reversing down our very narrow drive to deliver our new, unwieldy and heavy fridge/freezer. Arrived on time and I have to applaud their patience and determination to get it inside. Huge thanks!

Fantastic service by the driver (Lee G)
Called to give me an eta when on route and very helpful when he arrived at the property! 10/10

The delivery was pre notified and on time. Kuldip and his colleague were friendly and helpful and quickly set about unpacking and installing the fridge freezer we'd ordered. Advice was provided about when to use before the crew left.

A really smooth delivery, Lee G was friendly and ensured he gave us notice ahead of delivery. Top service!

Great service, very professional and friendly. Thank you to Ryan Hill & Tony!

Lee was fantastic, very helpful, quick and polite. And this was an on-time delivery to a new built not on Google maps yet!

Ryan Hill and Tony were polite and careful in their delivery, took time to explain the product and allowed me to check for defects before signing off.

Professional

Well done guys . . hope you get your rounds done early!

Really polite, professional, considerate guys who treated my new fridge freezer with great care. Particular call out for Ryan who was friendly and enthusiastic despite it being a 7am delivery and having had to drive 2 hours to get to me!

Zack and Jason were brilliant and professional. Called me when they were nearby, installed and checked the machine carefully and made sure everything was alright before leaving it in my care. Excellent service.

We had Adrian V and Etienne who were awesome - super quick and professional, thanks so much.

Lee G and Darius were fantastic. On time delivery and very polite. They both did a great job!

Tim and Josh delivered our freestanding fridge and freezer today. They went above and beyond removing our old fridge freezer through a couple of very tight doorways.
I would highly recommend them
Thank you

Fantastic service!
SteveT called to let me know when they'd arrive. Steve and Declan then removed my old fridge freezer and brought in the new one. Unpacked and waste taken AWAY. New one put in place without any drama.
Perfect delivery and all done in 20 mins.

Kuldip and Gabrial were so quick and efficient. They knew exactly what they were doing, explained everything clearly and made the whole experience great. I’d highly recommend product care group for deliveries - top job!
