Greg called to advise if delivery time - took old washer out and new one in - turned on to check no leaks and water flowing
Excellent service

Had a Costco delivery, over sized American fridge freezer. Access problems and front door had to be taken off.

Delivery team George and Anthony were simply outstanding in terms of their customer care, willingness to help and problem solved access issues and provided a first class service. Well done guys. Have a great day. Happy customer

Excellent installation service from Dan H and Zac V. They were punctual, polite and highly professional throughout. They installed our new washer-dryer carefully, checked that everything was connected and working properly, and left the area clean and tidy. Both were friendly, efficient and treated our home with respect. A genuinely smooth and stress-free experience thank you, Dan and Zac!

Efficient, professional, kind and brightened my day! Thank you Ryan Hill, Marius Ciskia

Great delivery service provided by Ryan and Marcus from Product Care Group. They delivered or new washing machine with care. They were respectful and carried out the task with enthusiasm and care. Thank you

There are too many requirements and responsibilities placed on the worker, especially considering the heavy deliveries and physically demanding nature of the job. The workload is high, but the compensation is only £13 per hour, which does not feel fair for the amount of work and effort required. The pay should better reflect the demands and responsibilities of the role.

Ryan and Gavin were excellent at delivery, nothing was too much trouble

Quick and efficient delivery by the pleasant Lee G. Thanks v much.

We had a washing machine delivered by Lee G. He was friendly, polite, rang ahead and arrived on time, took our old washing machine away and installed the new one in no time. Great service!

My technician LEE G was very polite and helpful one off the best experiences I have had when dealing with technicians

Lee delivered my freezer today and i want to say - that he was a completely approachable guy - travelled around 2 hours to get to me, and was a great person to deal with.
